They do not value their employees. Due to my health, I had to stop working. I was going through chemo and dialysis, flatlining, and seizures; yet, they made me feel guilty and threatened that I would not get unemployment from the company. As a healthcare professional myself, I couldn’t believe the company that boasted about how they cared for their patients; yet, devalued their employees. I had patients that had been on hospice for 10-15years (thé requirement is actively dying no longer than 6 months). I was actively sicker than my patients at the time. Practice what you preach!
