Offering a review with one star without a word of explanation isnt helpful to anyone - potential customer or the service provider - much less if youve accepted responsibility as a Local Guide.Google: You shouldnt allow reviews of less than or more than 3 stars without a word of comment.So, since Google has determined that you cant offer input without a rating, Im providing a neutral rating in order to (hopefully) get this comment published. I will be calling this provider tomorrow for an estimate.UPDATE on October 16: I emailed this provider and called them three times since submitting the post, above. I left a message only once when no one answered the phone and have not received a call-back.

The lady I spoke with to get an estimate was very rude and ignorant its like they could care less for your business, so I went to Keystone pressure washing and Roof cleaning LLC, They were very kind and patient with me and gave me a better price

I used Chapkis to pressure wash our house. They were timely and communicative. Work completed as promised. There were a few residual stains left from weep holes which appeared after they left and they happily came back the next day to touch things up!

They have been doing work in our development for years. The guys are all very timely and professional! I highly recommend them.
