Jeremy Maines did a great job at our house. He sprayed the outside to make sure we didn’t get bugs in the house. We have 2 kids and a dog and didn’t want any fleas or ticks and so far we haven’t had any.

I called Pestco for help with a rodent issue. I was booked for an appointment a few days later, but the guy who was supposed to come no call no showed. After speaking with Nick (who was wonderful through this process) and their GM at Pestco after the fact, I learned that Pestco themselves do not deal with rodent issues, they use a third party. That third party no call no showed. Nick and the GM tried to get in touch with them to no avail. Clearly this company has great reviews for insects. But with their rodent services, there was a miscommunication about who was actually providing the service. I’ve been told this will be made clearer with future clients who call with rodent issues so it hopefully will not be a problem moving forward.

Overall, this is a great company. We had positive interactions with Ralph from their air freshener division. He responded quickly and was very customer service driven with my requests. Ralph installed many air fresheners through my hospital and we have received endless positive feedback from patients and workers. Ralph and his enviro master team recently did a sani scrub detail cleaning of all our public restrooms throughout the campus and it was amazing how great they looked when they were finished. I would highly recommended PestCo’s air fresheners and restroom sanitation. It is too notch. Make sure to ask for Ralph!
