Everyone was so kind and careful in their work. The atmosphere is very calming and respectful. And, speaking with a doctor directly after scans are read is also so wonderful, as it can be an anxious time when awaiting results. I highly recommend Weinstein Imaging for any services they provide!

Weinstein Imaging is a top-shelf organization for mammogram imaging. The staff is familiar each year (good retention of staff) and they did everything that I needed for my peace of mind in diagnosing my breast health. They were thorough in addressing my concerns and handled my anxiety with professionalism and support.

The Staff and Doctor were honestly Amazing. These tests can be very scary and they ALL made me feel safe and calm. I am so grateful! Highly highly recommend!

As a patient for the past 10-15 years, I can only tell you I cherish this facility. I am a breast cancer survivor and even though I am still nervous when I go for my yearly mammogram, I know beyond a doubt I am in the best possible facility. The technicians and radiologists are superior. I owe them my life.

Weinstein Imaging is the only place to go for those annual mammograms! No longer dreaded, the staff is gentle and sensitive, especially to high risk patients. Best part of all, no waiting for a call, a postcard, or a return visit because something looked suspicious. Results are delivered in person, and if another scan or sonogram is necessary, its done right away. Weinstein offers peace of mind and on the spot info and care, which is priceless.

Unfortunately I feel like this company continues to go downhill. The receptionist are rude and every year they get worse. I was treated horribly today and questioned whether I was reading my insurance card accurately. The woman did nothing to help me understand what she needed instead I got attitude and rudeness. Last year I sat a horribly long time and the staff attitude was poor. I’m not looking forward to my appointment in December.

Staff was great in attempting to help with my anxiety. Medically they explained what and how they were doing everything. I went to both the North Hills and the Shadyside Offices and the above comments relate to both locations.

This was my first experience at Weinstein Imaging Associates. The office staff, imaging technician and the physician were professional and courteous. I was apprehensive about my appointment because of a previous experience with another provider. I was called back as soon as I completed the check-in process. The imaging technician was highly experienced, images were read quickly, physician met with me to discuss the finding and answered all my questions. I will be scheduling all future appointments with Weinstein Imaging!

I have been using Weinstein Imaging for as long as I can remember and wouldn’t trust anyone else for my mammograms. I feel they are far superior to other facilities and find the staff to be highly qualified, caring, and would never settle for anything less than the best possible care for their patients. I appreciate being able to wait until the doctor reviews my films and, if an abnormality is found, the diagnostic process can be done immediately. I have the highest regard and trust in Weinstein.

No waiting or calling back or checking a portal. A great way to service women !! And men!

Everyone is very friendly. The imaging technicians are as gentle as can be. You dont have to wait long to get your results, maybe 15 min. Its always a great experience. I could go local but I travel an hour and have been for a least 5 years now after having a bad experience at Excela Health.

They are very professional but still remain friendly and work to reduce the anxiety involved with any procedure at their facility . I love the fact that there is always a doctor on site to read my films immediately and followup procedures are scheduled as quickly as possible. I have been at Weinstein Imaging for the past three years and have always felt safe and respected at all times. I have the wonderful Antoinette as my caregiver and feel fully respected for what had been a bad experience for me. As a transwoman, I got dirty looks from a tech and several patients at a previous mammogram exam. Like I was infringing on their territory, I felt marginalized.Weinstein never let me experience that negativity. The facility is clean and well-appointed while being down2earth. I would recommend Weinstein Imaging to all women very highly!

It must be so hard to work there during this challenging time.As to my actual test, the lady who administered it was terrific ! I have consistently had good experiences at Weinstein Imaging over many years. The fact that there is always a radiologist there to read the mammograms, ultrasounds, etc. has always been a major factor in my experience. It is hard enough to wait the 15-20 minutes for the result, let alone the days that many women wait at some facilities. Everyone is professional and kind and I always feel that I am in good hands there.

I somehow got my appointment time mixed up arriving several hours early.I really appreciated the staff fitting me into their schedules so I wouldnt need to drive back.Thanks to all!

Weinstein Imaging is consistently excellent. I use their Shadyside office which always runs on time. I schedule for a day when the scans can be read immediately and I have yet to wait more than 20 minutes. Their staff and doctors are lovely - professional and friendly. The patient portal is very useful and easy to use. I was glad someone referred me there and I refer everyone I know there too.

I have every confidence in the expertise, and staff are friendly and pleasant. Only complaint is the down time. After mammogram, had long wait before ultrasound. Would recommend more effecient scheduling.

My experience was too notch. The facility was ultra clean and everyone that I interacted with treated me so nicely.

Shadyside office is clean and efficient. I love that they give you your mammogram results while you wait. Only 3 stars because they do not take my insurance and there is a computer glitch that precludes me from seeing my test results online. Luckily they give me a test result letter when I leave.

Everything went smoothly from filling out all of the online forms in advance, to arrival/check-in, thru the actual appointment. I was done within one hour. The staff at Weinstein are very professional & pleasant.

Weinstein Imaging office & staff are so professional, friendly, caring & on time with scheduling. I have been a patient their for years, would not go anywhere else. You receive your mammogram or sonogram reports while there, if a shadow or not sure, redone while there. Very comforting, component, calming, efficient health care facility. My PCP recommended Weinstein Imaging about 4 years ago. All of the staff are very helpful and professional. I like the fact that I get results that day. During COVID they were very good about safeguarding our health.

The staff is extremely nice and friendly, from sign in at the front desk, to the imaging and review. Pam was so comforting and took much time to review all information and procedures with me. She was exceptional! The doctors are wonderful and it is so nice to get results and answers immediately. It helps relieve some anxiety.

Having mammograms is not the best experience that a woman can go through, however it is a necessary part of womanhood that I have gone through for many years at Weinstein because I deserve the best as a woman and thats why I go to the BEST! Who likes going in for a mammogram?? If you have to go, Weinstein Imaging is the place for you. Courteous, friendly staff, individualized care...and results right then and there. I bet the Big Health networks don’t give you that!

Great practice - certainly will continue to go there. However, this visit, I had to wait about 45 minutes. That is not usual but it was the case this time. Also I cant really understand if patients are fully vaccinated why they still have such extreme covid restrictions regarding entering the office, weating masks, washing your hands, etc.

This business performed a bunch of tests and charged me a ton of money that I cannot afford, all for nothing as I did not have beast cancer. After the nightmare that they created, they called constantly worried about collecting money for the unnecessary testing.

I had a recent ultrasound - very professionally and expertly done by Amy. She readily answered questions and explained structures as she worked. The final reading by Dr. Boehm-Valez was given to me before I left the facility - very reassuring. This positive experience was in contrast to a previous ultrasound in another facility with a technician who was less-experienced and with no doctor on site to discuss findings.

My experience from the point of scheduling my appointment to my actual visit was a 5 star experience. Ones phone voices is telling and can represent a smile. In this covid atmosphere, maintaining a sense of humor and a positive demeanor is important even when youre worried or scared as an essential worker. Temperature taking, hand sanitizing and distancing were handled in a respectful and pleasant manner yet with seriousness for the concern of both me as a patient and for their personal safety. 10/28/2020.

Dr. Sharek was fabulous! She has a wonderful bedside manner and explained my mammogram findings in a clear and understandable fashion. I am so grateful for her compassionate care. The staff were all incredibly friendly and accomodating. I highly recommend this office!
