This is a great laundromat to go to anytime. Lots of washers and dryers. And, its clean inside.

This is a fantastic laundromat. Very clean, tons of machines, reasonable prices, an ATM on site, and credit card support for some machines, with the ability to pay using an app for the rest. Best laundromat I have ever visited in the East End!

Overcharging on credit cards: I was here for the grand reopening, when they had a free laundry promo. Clean, well-lit facility. But: today I paid for the machines for the first time, and the price on the card reader spiked from $5.50 to $6.75 after I swiped. My card was ultimately charged $7.25. Maybe I made a rookie mistake, but avoid using a credit card here.Update: 1 star. I saw $5.50 BEFORE swiping my card, THEN $6.75 on the credit card AFTER swiping, NO extra options selected. My BANK told me that I was charged $7.25 for the one load that shouldve cost $5.50. Even IF the charge were only $6.75, the fact that they dont publicize card fees (and then the owner has the AUDACITY to blame ME for it) nor give an option to cancel the transaction is shady enough.

Clean, lots of new machines. Some washers take card, others are coin or you can download an app and pay electronically. Atm and change machines on site.

Has A lot of washers and dryersSometime the prices go up no more than$2.50- $3 and the dryers or $1 to $1.50.My days are Sundays to wash sometimes its pack and dies down. Its 24/7

This is the first time I have ever been to a laundromat that didnt have chairs. Dont plan to stay and wash, youll be standing for a long time. Also, these 2 load Huebsch machines suck. And dont bring pods, they just get stuck in the door and your clothes wont get clean. Would never come back.

Our company has purchased the laundromat in May 2020 and just finished a complete makeover. Bright, clean, shiny with 30 washers and 36 dryers, ample off street parking, automatic entry door, clean restroom, tv and WiFi . Credit/debit cards accepted on large washers. It’s now the shining star for laundry in the Shadyside area. Open from 6a-11p every day including all holidays

Do not go here. They have many broken washing machines, and they refuse to fix them. The last few times I went, they had too many people standing around waiting for the handful of working washing machines to open up. The owner didnt seem to care. I found another laundromat that is much better.

Friendly & accommodating! I got there a little after the sign that was posted on the door for last load & they still let me do my laundry! Its nice going somewhere that had on site staff that can give change & be helpful. Its also nice to have access to parking

I feel like there is only one man who works here but he is always as accommodating as possible. My girlfriend and I regularly drop off laundry and pick it up the next day and he has a reasonable rate and even manages to match up our socks which never seemed possible before ;D

Nice clean laundromat thats always staffed and they are friendly. I appreciate that even when they are busy they do not take your items out of the machine and leave them laying around. Of course though Ive never just left my things in the machine for too long; but I have waited 20 mins or so for a customer to return and remove their items from one of the larger machines after it stopped. That is one thing I wish they had more of, larger machines. I also wish they were open 24/7 or at least bit longer on the weekend. But I suppose these are compromises you make for a nice clean laundromat in walking distance.

Ive been going here for several years and have always had a good experience. Most times Im in and out in under 2 hours. On rare occasions Ive seen washers get clogged or dryers not work, and each time the owner personally takes care of it. He makes sure I get clean, dry clothes without making me spend more money. I have never used their drop-off service, but the staff is constantly working efficiently through large orders while always leaving machines available to customers.

Do not use the so called high efficiency washers, they do not get heavily soiled clothes clean (I did not overload btw) and the attendant really did not care that I made the decision to rewash my clothes in another washer. No apologies, not even sympathic, just the good ole fashion response no one else has ever complained Go someplace else and save your coins!

I did not like this place at all..The small washers are the same price as large washers other places.The dryers are even more expensive. 25cents for 5 minutes... I had 4 towels that ended up costing me 2.50 to dry. Maybe they just dont get hot enough?Then, the attendant walk walking around spraying Raid wasnt comforting.

I used the drop off service for about a year here. Meh. Not bad overall ... Some badly folded Tshirts on the reg, the odd lost sock and such.

Manager is extremely rude. Got angry at me for drying my towel 10min after closing (I left 10min after closing). Dryers dont work well and the place seems run down.

This place is horrible, the dryers dont dry at all, it took me $3.00 to dry my clothes and the guy that was working was spraying raid everywhere.
