This is unacceptable. I have come twice this past week, & they still havent come to clean & remove trash. They come to open & close . Thats it. & dont give me the excuse because of covid you cant keep your laundry mat clean & sanitize! When calling, the phone #, it goes straight to voice mail, with a full voicemail box.

This place is so convenient and in a very walkable area. The staff cleans and maintains the building themselves, so it’s a shame when people are disrespectful by leaving trash on the floor and smoke inside. They have installed several new washers over the past few months which I’m sure are expensive. They even incorporated artwork created by the local Wilkinsburg Youth Group! I will always support a local business In my community!

My clothes got set on fire in the dryer and I wasted 6.00 dollars in the wash machineand there is no bathroom. It use to be a family laundry mat.

Place is dirty, coin exchangers are usually empty, and clothes get stolen from the machines.

The place is always disgustingly filthy. BOTH change machines are down with no signs to warn you. We had to walk to the Getgo for quarters so we didnt have to carry our already wet clothes home. The dryers take ages to get your clothes mostly damp if you put your lifes savings in quarters in one run. Its obviously run by toddlers. Im not going to be coming back here, and will be sure to discourage everyone else in the neighborhood to do the same until things change. How hard is it to sweep the floor? Whoever manages this dumpster fire needs serious help running things.

This place is conveniently located within walking distance. However, the machines are old and it is a constant guessing game which one is working (esp. the dryers). It is literally a sauna in the summertime as there us no ac and the ceiling fans arent always turned on. I lost $5 in the change machine one day and it took weeks of texts (to a posted #) and then a phone call to get a refund.

The constant poor maintenance of this laundry mat by Regent Square Rentals is a disservice to the surrounding Park Place and Wilkinsburg community. Every time I go in this place the same machines are broken down. They even used the security cameras in this place to target local rent strikers. Shameful really.

Needs Cleaning. Otherwise GREAT

God willing, I wont have to go back there anymore, which is a darn shame, since its a block away! Use at your own risk!!!

Ate up money because there wasnt an out of order sign on the one machine and sometimes the vending machines eat money too. But convenient around the corner from where we stay.

This place never have any quarters in the machines. I have to use this one it is around the conner and I dont have a car.
