This review isnt so much for the service as it is for the customer service. I got three copies of a key made by one of the MinuteKey machines, and none of them worked in my lock (front door deadbolt). They wouldnt even go in - not sure if the machine picked the wrong key slug or what. BUT, customer service made things right within hours. I was skeptical because it was an email-based contact form, which I havent had the best luck with. A customer service rep responded in a few hours, and made everything right. It was refreshing.I should note that I have used their machines in the past, and havent had a problem - and I wouldnt hesitate to use them again, especially considering how well they treat their customers when something doesnt work out.

It worked. All the keys ive made here, worked.

This robot is untrustworthy. It takes more than a minute, and sometimes he like to grab your extra change. But its worth it anyway. Even just to watch.
