Bob was great! I called the morning of to have my locks changed. His front desk took my message and he returned my call just a couple of hours later and was headed my way. They charge $40 just to come down the street. Than charge $150 for a basic unlocking and $30 more for a tip!!.. After hearing these prices I got my toold and did it myself.. It cost $5.
