Very professional cleaning service, I am never disappointed by Buildingstars. The franchise owners are the best..! Always willing to go above & beyond to satisfy their clients.

I been working for Buildingstarts for three years now an i can say that im very happy with they company. They are very nice an help to solve any problem you have. They make time to check up on you make sure that the job is running smooth. An they always do it with a smile!

Pick a different franchise to buy into. One with better communication skills. One that won’t ignore you and give you accounts based on how much they like you as a friend. Buying into it you start to speak with other franchise owners as you go and learn how everyone is treated differently based on their personal relationship status and the type of accounts they get. The GM said he only rewards good behavior but everyone gets some type of complaint from a account and threats because building stars contracts aren’t clear enough at all when they conduct their walk throughs and there’s not clear limits to the clients so they start to add things sometimes as you go. You can’t reward good behavior” when everyone gets complaints but when we all pay the same to buy into the franchise it should no matter what be equally distributed. They gossip about each other and their franchisees**UPDATE*** THEY SAY ITS NO DISTRIBUTION POLICY BUT THATS EVEN MORE OF A RED FLAG TO BUY INTO A FRANCHISE SAYING THAT. Paying $1,000+ to buy into the franchise to not get offered any new accounts in over a year because “they reward good behavior aka favoritism. Been reaching out to the account manager for a month and she ignores all methods of communication and as a franchisee it’s actually scary knowing that’s who/what you have to depend on when you can’t even get a simple text back. Imagine being in a emergency and not having a account manager to rely on because of her BS reasoning over doing her d*** job. Making up false lies to the GM and other owners being a gossip girl over miscommunication. Terrible business I wish we would’ve known before even buying into such a horrible company. Other franchise owners we met through other businesses are satisfied and don’t have these issues at all. Don’t let the reviews fool you with what type of people your dealing with. Ryan is the corporate person for Pittsburgh and he’s not even in the state and just says to schedule a meeting with the same people your complaining about.. no conflict resolution at all. I’m currently reading through the contract as we speak to figure out our next move with building stars.

We have Building Stars as the cleaning company at our church. Terrible performance and service. Soap dispensers never filled, toilet paper always empty, cob webs in the hallway. Emails and texts to the technician and supervisor are met with excuses or ignored completely. I am already in the process of getting quotes for a new cleaning company as soon as our contract ends! Very frustrated customer!

I have been very impressed with the quality of the cleaning that Building Stars has demonstrated consistently at my office. I am particularly impressed with how responsive Jeff has been to the changing needs of my office, as we have had to adapt to the COVID-19 impact to conducting business.

They do an amazing job cleaning offices. The employees go above and beyond to make sure their customers are always happy with the cleaning services. They also really support/help their franchise owners and set them up for success. Overall, very impressed with this company.

I brought into this franchise back in April 2019. Since day one Jeff Has been so amazing! Making sure to give me clients at least once a month! This was the best choice i ever made in my life! Building stars is simply amazing! I would recommended anyone to either buy into the franchise or at least let them clean your commercial building!

I’m was franchise owner though Buildingstars. I have been dealing with Kayla as an account manager. She comes off as a nice person but bad mouths the companies we get contracts through and also her coworkers, esp in the time of the Covid. In her words she is “the only person that gets anything done and has to work alone because Jeff lives to far and loads all the work on her because he don’t want to do it and her coworker Mary Beth lives in WV.” None of which is my business but at the same time neither her or Jeff could adequately deal with issue I have that do concern me. I would suggest Coverall or Anango.

My account managers at buildingstars Kayla and Marybeth have been wonderful in less than three months I currently have five accounts and one in the making. They are professional and they answer all my questions in a timely manner. I am excited for my future with them and can’t wait to be the boss that I know I am!!

Building Stars stands behind the services they provide. Ryan is eager to meet the needs of all of his customers. He welcomes feedback to ensure they are providing the highest quality of service. He will make random calls and visits to ensure work is being completed at the standards he has set. Researched several franchise companies before finding this one. It works well for me no long term contract/commitment, contracts come easy, account managers and VP find contracts that are fit for you. Im very satisfied.

They start out ok and within a month start short cutting the process. Cobwebs and lousy cleaning thereafter. New Crew 3x and same every time. Come to find theyre using my cleaning equipment and cleaning supplies when they promised to use their own. And the people they said were going to clean, from the last crew, switched people on me. The area supervisor disappeared and was replaced, but nobody told us. When I finally got in contact with the NEW supervisor to tell him about this issues, we talked for 5 minutes and he got another call, said hed call me back, but never did all week. That friday I called and left him another message, but still he didnt call back. I could not fire them as intended. So they got another week. They brought a child onto our premises without our authorization. Theres been no evidence produced that this child was of working age, much less insured or bonded. I witnessed him sloppily running a vacuum though and didnt want to make a scene in front of what might be his father. Neither he or the adult man brought cleaning supplies or equipment. I called the district manager since the area supervisor wasnt returning my call. This person is billing me for the last two weeks! They made it impossible for me to submit my issues for the first of the last two weeks. They made it impossible for me to fire the crew. But they insist on billing me. Not sure if Im going to pay it. What a SCAM!

Professional, quality cleaning. Technicians strive to ensure that all jobs are completed at the hightest level of service. Upper management operates with intergrity and they are customer service oriented. Great business opportunity.
