I have called the owner multiple times about starting a project he gave an estimate on. I have yet to receive a return call. Very telling!

I could have done a way better job myself. DO NOT HIRE THIS BULLCRAP COMPANY. They will ignore you, keep asking for more and more money upfront, change the subject when you confront them, they will choose their own appliances to install, refuse to give signed lean waivers, they will steal your property, they will take up to 2 years to do any work, they will disappear for months for doing some work (if any), and they will get an attitude and lie to make it seem like it is your fault (a stalling tactic).

I contacted Restoration Management Services and spoke with Gary regarding a major restoration project on an investment property that I have.Gary was fantastic to work with. He shared his experiences and educated me about the different types of chemical cleaning agents and how they each solve problems differently.I highly recommend this company.

Truly a company that cares! After everything that we had been through, it was great to have a company that did what they said they would. Very thorough and handled my property with care, but the best was their communication. They let me know where we were in the process every step of the way. I would suggest them to anyone who would be in the tight spot I was in. Ask for Matt!!! The Best!!

What an amazing company! From the first phone call, to the final photos...everything was amazing. They came out when I had a fire in my kitchen. They assessed the situation, finalized the estimate with my insurance company and completed every aspect of the repairs, including the contents. Start to finish was so smooth and seamless. I would recommend them to anyone.

RMS is unbelievable! I would highly recommend them to anyone. John, the program manager moved heaven and earth to get the job completed in a timely manner. He assigned the best the best craftsman in Matt, to repair and paint my ceiling and it is a true work of art! Additionally, the job was completed in 21/2 days. Matt also totally cleaned the dining room leaving it in better shape than he found it. Not only that, I got a huge refund from them because the job wasn’t as involved as RMS thought it would be! I love these guys. Your loss if you have an opportunity to hire them and you don’t!!

Quality work performed quickly and efficiently. Project Manager provided excellent work follow, providing pertinent information as the project went forward.

After installation floor puckered. It took 4 months for someone to come look at it they they said it was from water on the floor and they are not responsible. As many times as i told them there was no water, CT continually called me a liar then would no longer answer my calls. Contacted the manufacturer who came and evaluated and determined it was not due to water but was an installation error. He informed the owner of RMS that he needed to fix it. I never heard from him. The manufacturer is going to lay the replacement floor and I am so glad RMS is out of the picture. It has taken a year to come to this resolution because RMS refused to admit they screwed up. The owner would not return my calls either. Not even a call once they were told it was their fault to apologize for not taking care of it, calling me a liar and it taking a year to fix. Things are great unless you have a problem. I would never recommend this company. Very unprofessional. I guess he doesnt care about his companys reputation.

We had a very good experience with a major restoration for serious water damage to our Squirrel Hill house. We would definitely recommend RMS.

I am appalled at the workmanship and lack of professionalism from their hired subcontracters. There is little to say positive about a company who puts profits way ahead of their customers. If you want photos of the completed work, most of which was subpar at best then please e-mailed me.This company will smile and shake your hand when they meet you, but pretty much slap you in the face when you start any complaining about the workmanship.Will NEVER recommend RMS......

Service was prompt and I was impressed their attention to detail. I would use them again, but hopefully I wont have to.
