Called with some concerns about my new home, which were time sensitive to me. The owner of the company was able to make room in his schedule to show up to my house that day and provide an expert opinion. He was patient and knowledgeable, going out of his way to explain his thought process throughout the inspection. I will not hesitate to hire them again if needed.

One of the best and prompt services Ive ever had. Very responsive, prompt, and extremely professionals. My realtor mentioned a competitor name in front of him and he even spoke highly of his competitor. Ive rarely seeing or experienced that. He was very detailed, and explained above and beyond his scope of work also brought to our attentions few things we would have never known or noticed. He definitely knows his stuff. We had him later on to provide us with a permit drawings set to remove a load bearing wall and his drawings were detailed and to the point.We highly recommend, Firas! He was able to look over pictures that we sent and give us an idea of what we were facing before he even came for the inspection. Firas returned my call that same day I contacted him and came to assess our home within a week. He helped us understand the structural issues occurring in our house, provided easy to understand explanations and answered all of our questions. He wrote a very succinct report about the issues and what needs to be done to correct them along with pictures for documentation. We now have better sense of what we need to do to deal with cracks above door openings and a deck that isnt up to code. Firas is a consummate professional and very personable.

A great company to work with. The principle engineer met my contractor and myself at an investment property to discuss the construction of a 3rd floor dormer. Firas was able to meet within 2 days which was great because I was under a deadline. We needed a structural inspection for the property we had an offer on within few days from the inspection.
