This company shouldn’t even get any stars. Our school picked the worst company to help our kids get an education. The site freezes constantly. It crashes. No communication what so ever!!! VLN voicemail is full. Can’t get ahold of anybody. Teachers yawn in homeroom loudly when they’re live. (Just their voice) very misleading in their orientation stating children will receive text books?! No real books. No structure. No help. No guidance. VERY Unprofessional! The teachers show no concern that our kids are not able to get any work done. POORLY EXECUTED. I feel so bad for these kids. What a joke of a program this is! STAY AWAY.

Learning material is outdated. No live classes and no direct communication with teachers. Assignments are not graded timely. For example, we are in the 2nd marking period and my daughters assignments (not all of them) for science class for the first marking period was graded a week ago. Parents have to be the teachers. A one star is too generous, I give them a zero.

This is the absolute worst learning site imaginable. It has been a week and the site is still not working. Textbooks wont load. The system is down 90% of the time. I have no idea what our school was thinking about when the decided to choose this site.

I just want to say this is probably the worst school program made it lags out 98 percent of the time. The technical support Is the worst I have ever dealt with i called them and I was that on the phone telling them my problem and then they hung up on me and they have never got back to me by email and the teacher support lsnt a thing because they always say no tutor support. It is waste of my time I should have just stuck with regular school. I do not suggest this program for anyone it has very bad service.

This is the worse site. How are the kids suppose to do there work when its down more then it works. So very disappointed in PV for pick u this site.

Paid $250 for 8th grade math summer school for my granddaughter. Dont know what happened, Im not tec savvy, but I watched her get an assignment everyday and do it. Today got a letter stating she failed because she did nothing!!!! Didnt somebody wonder what she was doing? No communication,no feedback!!SCAM!!!!!

Site is down more then its up. Always at hone room time...... Not sure why the district thought this would be a good alternative
