Being that we live in a Municipality with a very tough building inspector, I turned to Facebook when I needed to find someone to create construction drawings for a deck around our above ground pool. An old friend suggested Henry Kellner, Kellner Consulting Service. Henry, came to our home, and at length discussed our project with us, he was familiar with our building inspector which was a bonus! Henry took very precise measurements, and created drawing that are very detailed. It might be strange to say, but they are beautiful! He used our land survey from 10 years ago and carefully plotted all of the changes that have been made over the years and mapped it out perfectly! He shows up when he says he is going to, keeps in contact with you throughout the process, and he even came by to show us the drawings just before complete to make sure we were happy with everything. Henry, thank you so much! You made this process so easy for us, when it was something I was dreading because if the inspector.
