My G/F & I found 100K Distributions by accident because it’s a locally owned business I guess. But glances at their website, social media & eBay store and saw only Great Reviews. Their price was only $1.55 more then closest competitor so we supported our local small business owner and bought from him.His names Eric and when we called complaining we hadn’t received outlet package, the sincerity in his voice instantly calmed my girl. We ordered the TILE COMBO PACK from the 100K eBay site. 2 Tiles for each of us and only $28.79!!However l, the package got lost!! I called the owner to inquire and next thing I know he hand delivers it to us with an apology and a 20% off coupon for any future purchase!!! That’s what I call customer service!! 5 Stars-Stellar all the way around! Thanks 100K!!
