I purchased a dipstick tube extractor for my 2009 F150 5.4L after the dipstick tube broke off at the block. I hoped this extractor would work but many attempts I had no luck. I contacted them they told me to try the extension with the slide hammer so I ordered it along with the 11 & 6 extension now to further my disappointment I find the extension will not thread on to the extractor unless you pull the exhaust manifold off. I also try the chisel and prybars but nothing seemed to work. A couple hundred dollars down the drain. Nice people but it doesnt always work like the example video.

Its not about the quality of the tools, The tools are great. Its the quality of the people in the origination, the way they take care of you after the sale. This is what matters most to me. Products are worth their weight in gold and will save you time and money. In my case, I had a broken EGR bolt and there is no way I couldve repaired it without the Nino Kit from Promaxx. The instructions were clear and concise making them easy for anyone to follow. The tools are well machined and work perfectly. This company has the best customer service I have ever dealt with. You will not be disappointed with ProMAXX Tools! I am a Fleet Manager for Bimbo Bakeries (Stroehmann/Entenmanns), and we have literally bought the ProMAXX Rocky for every single one of our garages in the Northeast (thats how much of a difference this tool makes). I started using the ProMAXX Rocky jig a few years back when I was a mechanic for our Ford 6.8L engines and I was left wondering, where have you been my whole life?? People usually think of me as very calm and easy going, but unless you wanted to get hit by tools flying through the air... it was highly recommended you vacate the area when I extracted studs prior to using this tool. There is nothing more aggravating than trying to extract a broken exhaust manifold bolt, and have that bolt laugh at every tool you pull out of your toolbox when you try and remove it. I initially didnt expect anything from this tool, since Ive used many extractor tools and jigs in the past... some are ok, but I have never used anything that is so precise as this tool is and cuts repair time down by hours. It definitely keeps up its end of the bargain and just does what it says it will do, which can be hard to find today. Every one of our garages that have used this tool so far is blown away as well. We have over 2000 trucks just in our Northeast Fleet division alone, and the Ford 6.8 engines cant keep bolts in the heads for more than a year, so this tool is very busy. It is used and abused, and we have never had any issues with any one of the kits weve purchased. They have Jigs and Kits for any Make/engine you have. The people here are great to deal with and their product is American made! Deanne is the Operations Manager, who is very delightful and easy to talk to and always wants to help out with anything we need. I dont usually give reviews, but since the ProMAXX products have made my life so much easier, and the company works so hard to find solutions for grease monkeys like myself and still knows how to treat people decently and with respect... I just had to. I cant say enough good things about them, so again... You wont be disappointed!
