I couldnt get my laptop to turn on. I called and spoke with Jim who was very polite. I dropped off my laptop the same day and he called me within 2 hours that he had fixed it. I couldnt have been happier. Jim has excellent customer service skills and is very professional. I would definitely encourage anyone who has computer issues to call them.

Went there to get my power jack replaced...was informed that it would cost around $160-180 to fix it. Decided to do some googling and found that the part only cost $8. Ordered one online and replaced it myself. Took me 20 minutes to do and cost a total of $15 with expedited shipping. Unless you feel like getting WAYYYYY overcharged, do not go here.

Dismissive and purposely wasted my time.I called with a keyboard/bios error on my Asus motherboard. Was called back and asked to come in so they could look at it.Now this is just a motherboard with a stick of ram and a graphics card in a case. They plugged it in and told me I needed an operating system And asked if I had ever installed windows in that you dont know anything way..... Now the bright red wires that connect the HDD and CD drive were not even close to the motherboard so I could tell that he didnt really care to put even enough effort to glance at the connections.I pushed forward and asked if he could take a look at the bios problem. He did. 15seconds. Didnt even touch the keyboard. Told ME to look up the error codes, then that I have a bad motherboard and even refused to believe that I had the system running before. By now I am a bit pissed but keep most of my calm and asked if he could just force flash my bios.He tells me that they do not work on custom computers and walks away.So, from the other reviews I see they can update drivers and pop plastic computer cases back together. Heck it looks like they might have even installed power plug on a laptop once. But if you have basic computer knowledge then save yourself The hassle and just Google it.
