Steve helped me troubleshoot, repair and tune up a custom desktop. He was very professional and easy to work with from the beginning. His prices for service are fair and he was very transparent about them, telling me exactly what he would charge for each service before performing any of them. For the tune up, he had several great suggestions about modifying my machine to run better. He also was very helpful in giving me advice about upgrading my machine in the future and how to get the most out of it, longevity of components, etc. I had a great experience with Steve and would strongly recommend him for computer repair and tune ups.
