I took my son’s pc to be fixed. Jamie immediately went to troubleshoot the system and gave the information in the damaged parts.He found and installed a faster graphics card GTX 980Ti, entirely cleaned the machine and turned it into a fantastic system.I am very happy to found him and look forward to going back for any new repairs and upgrades.

Had a wonderful experience using this service which was found by me via google and i decided using this service after reading the splendid reviews of his other previous customers. Jamie was very kind and informative about every step of the process and also in finding least costly and quickest way of getting my Macbooks broken screen repaired. Once my new screen come in he had it done and working beautifully within 2hrs max again keeping me informed of every step of the repair process. Highly recommend and of course as hope i do not need his services again anytime soon i will always be going to him first if any other issues occur in the future.

The best option for your computer repair is Jamie. I had a GPU that needed the thermal pads/paste replaced. I called around to several other local PC shops and described my semi-niche issue and they really didnt understand me. I was not going to risk giving my GPU to some guy who doesnt know a teraflop from a SCSI controller. Jamie immediately knew what i was talking about and fixed my issue SAME DAY. He talked me through the repair as it was happening and sent pictures/videos of each update he did. I appreciated the extremely detailed and responsive service at a very fair price.. I am A+ Network+ Security+ certified and have worked IT roles from help desk to system engineer roles and this is the guy you want to go to for your tech needs. He has the expertise and people skills to handle anything you throw at him. He is getting my future business. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Highly recommended! Service was extremely fast. All communication was clear and thorough. Jamie diagnosed and quickly resolved a problem with our motherboard, cleaned up the internal wiring, and updated all necessary drivers. Rates are very reasonable. I have used other computer repair shops in the Mt Lebanon area, but will only take our PCs and Macs to Jamie, for repair and/or fine-tuning. 5+ stars!

Dont be thrown off by this not being a physical business, this guy has to be the best computer repair service provider in the South Hills. His prices are fair, he updates you every step a long the way, and he is easy going and understanding. I had a major computer emergency, my brother shipped me a PC from Seattle to Pitt and it got damaged a long the way. Jameys service was fast and comprehensive, and I almost felt bad accepting the rate he gave me - I wish I couldve paid him more. When it was all done, he even let me borrow a wireless adapter until one shipped to me in the mail. If you have any computer or electric needs in the area, please reach out to this guy first.

Wow, where do I begin! As a business owner, I cant say enough positive things about Jamies services. His communication was some of the best Ive experienced in a really long time!My story: My computer turned on but it wouldnt get past the screen saver. I honestly thought my laptop was toast, and started looking up new laptops! As a resource recovery gal, I decided to Google computer repair stores near me, instead of just purchasing a new one. I only called Jamie based on his reviews and also due to my location. I talked to him late that evening before he worked on my HP Pavilion to drop off the PC around 10am. I drove by to drop off my laptop; Jamie was funny, personable, and took the time to answer all my questions! While handing over my PC, he gave me updates in real time. The diagnosis for my laptop was it needed a new hard drive, phew! We talked over the phone and he consulted with me, and we decided on the best ones for my needs. He reserved one at Best Buy, and my partner picked it up within an hour and dropped it off to Jamie. Within an hour my laptop had a new hard drive and worked, yay!Another amazing thing Ill add is Jamies prices are very fair, and hes honest right away with what he charges:) He went above and beyond even assisted with cleaning up my keys and glued my screen down due to my toddler breaking the clip.Just in a half of day, my four year old laptop is like its new again.Thanks, Jamie!!

I had brought him my pc after it stopped booting. I told him what I expected the issue to be, and I was able to drop it off to be looked at that day. He looked at it, fixed both issues it had, and had it back to me later that same day. The pricing was very fair, and he kept me updated at all points along the way. We had the original nine-year old hard-drive in our iMac replaced to an updated SSD drive. We highly recommend Jamie. Professional, patient, fairly priced, pleasant and competent. In transferring the data and replicating the hard drive their was originally an issue- it would not copy. Jamie did not panic, kept our data safe and was able to quickly troubleshoot to determine that the hard drive we purchased on Amazon was faulty. Jamie got a replacement and the job was done in one-day! We would not trust anyone with our computer- we do trust Jamie! Great guy; great service!

100% the best, I can’t recommend Jamey highly enough. If you need something repaired, go here instead of the Apple store. The screen of my MacBook Air was damaged from the apple light on the outside. I took it to the Apple store and they said it would cost $700 (😵). I was going to give up, but then I found Jamey and his place, and the total was under $300! So very well worth it, and I’m so glad my laptop was saved. Thank you thank you thank you!

Jamie not only saved my MacBook -- he also saved me literally hundreds of dollars. After an Apple rep was unable to help me over the phone (and said the solution would be to spend major $$$ for a full diagnosis and repair), Jamie took a look at my laptop and was able to figure out the exact issue within minutes. And even though it was a relatively niche type of malfunction, he was able to determine that it was actually a known MacBook hardware problem that Apple covers under a little-known service program. He knows computers in and out, and hes great at explaining every step of the process. I felt completely at ease with my computer in his care. Ill definitely be referring family and friends his way.

This guy is really good. I brought my laptop to the geek squad and they gave me the runaround and told me to junk this laptop. I took it to Mt Lebo computer and he had it up and running in a few days for $90. Im on it right now. He even took several pictures of my repair and sent them to me so I can see what he did. I liked that. I like supporting small business anyway and I will be returning.
