First time working for Cogent and they are the most professional organization I have worked for in many years. We use to have this personal and professional personality on a regular basis years ago but since society has changed so much and become more liberal mindset and less social today Cogent brings back that old fashioned approach of knowing how to treat there contractors as they use to do many years ago and you dont find that anymore in todays business world.
I was a temp for cogent for about 9 months before becoming permanent. This temp agency response time is great if i have problem they will call, text or email me with in 24 hours . I like that it was no interview and i was able to start right away if i wanted to . Good thing about being a temp was i had the flexibility to call out when ever as long as it was some hours in advance or request off .Only problem i had was low pay as a temp but other then that this temp agency was great, which includes my recruiter
Scam company harvesting personal information. Uses their own employees to write fake reviews on google. Do not give them any information.
Awesome organization to work with the awesome work culture where every employee is appreciated for their work. The place has a lot to offer if you are a learner and want to progress. The talent is truly awarded and rewarded here. The people are very supportive and ready to help you at any point of time.
I have been working at Cogent for past 2.5 years, and it has been wonderful so far. They always encourage the performers, and have an excellent system of rating and increments. Office atmosphere is so friendly and professional . Good place to learn and grow.
I got an opportunity from Cogent in between the pandemic situation. However, they provided me a compensation according to my skills and experience not according to the situation. Really fantastic place to work and a lot of learning for me. Big Thumps Up..!!
It was an amazing year at Cogent, and the staff was very supportive. On the first day at work, I was informed about my workplace and provided clear information on my job duties. Throughout my endure at Cogent, they were very cooperative and made sure everything would run smoothly. It is a great place to work!Sincerely,Rakesh Pawar

This company is a scam, I completed my training and after the training I proceeded to the hiring process which they then created a resume based on my information but lied about how many years of experience I had so that they can get a higher offer for me from the client. This company is a total scam please stay away from them.
Very good place to work. The top managment is very helpful
Fake company that will send you emails and call you about job opportunities (for me they were all tech related). A quick google search will tell you its just a big scam. After never responding to emails they still sent me a Self-Identification Form asking personal questions.
Bhuvesh Joshi has contacted me over 20 times about warehouse positions after me telling him twice I graduated from college and am interested in jobs utilizing my degree. I have asked him multiple times to stop contacting me and he continues to over and over. This company and Joshi are extremely unprofessional and borderline harrisment. Do not go anywhere near this company, or especially Joshi.
Its a vulgar scam. A guy with a pretty band English and indian accent call you several times asking you to fill a form for a job interview.
A recruiter named, Atul Sharma, called and gave a job offer, but they asked me to send copy of my visa without meeting them in person or having interview. I thought they were little sketchy so I searched on google and saw reviews and realized they are fake. So PLEASE avoid them. After I told him that I cant send my personal information right away because of a privacy issue, he just hang up the call.... :/ Oh well.
This is a SCAM!! Be careful
A recruiter from this company by name Gurpreet Singh sent me an email about a job opportunity and later called to discuss the opportunity. Firstly he requires to know how much I am currently paid at my job, which I asked how that is important to the discussion, later he asks what work authorization I am currently holding, which I tell him and next he goes asking me to send proof of my work authorization to him (more like send a copy of my authorization) and I respond by telling him I cannot send my work authorization when we are just discussing about a job opportunity and no offer has been extended. Immediately he ends the call. My question is why you need a copy of my work authorization even before securing an interview for a job opportunity? What do you want to use my work authorization for? possible fraud? How unprofessional can a self claimed technical recruiter be? Be careful when dealing with this so called Cogent Infotech
Scam, even the pictures on their profile are fake. Avoid them at all cost!
They are the absolute worst organization I have ever encountered. They will be a hindrance to you getting a job.

Very unprofessional they don’t pay you your money do not work for this company at all ignore they calls
Very unprofessional company.
Scam, dont even answer their phones, all of them Scam from India.
Its been a great place to work and my second home for more than three years now. There is so much opportunity to learn and experiment ones capabilities. Not all survive the competitive spirit but there are many who enjoy working with some of the best clients and trending technologies in the industry.
For the Java developer position, they made me sign a contract as a trainee not an worker. The recuriters were super aggressive, details were left out and unclear during the training process or how the company works. and I didnt feel comfortable working here. I felt it was unprofessional and wasnt the fit for me. If you are expecting to people who you work for to be punctual. I would say this firm is a pass. Its hard to tell if they care about their trainees or their well being. This is my experience and its how I felt. I was iffy about this company and heard some rumors about it. My experience wasnt so great.
They requested me to pay $5,000 for training, unpaid with no contract and no guaranteed job afterwards in exchange for them advertising my job profile.
This Place & People Need To Be STOPPED !!!!!!!I Seen SOOO Many Red Flags, The First @ minutes We Were On The Phone !!! Who Calls You And Wants Your Personal Info Like That !!!!
Ask me to send sensitive documents required to make the job offer and then never got back with me after I sent my obscured documentation to their fax and email. Very shady and unprofessional. I should have known better. I am in fear that my information is being used in a malicious way.
This is the worst company i have ever worked with. Please dont join in this company. They dont pay you properly and never respond to your emails or calls.
Nice
BE AWARE!!!This company is a scam and they try to steal personal information. They use fake phone numbers and emails.
