Like most car washes this place gets busy when the weather is good making difficult to navigate your way through on the way out for the auto car wash or long waits for the manual wash bays. Overall, a clean facility and always up and running.

I paid $12 for a wash on the right side and no water came out, so I didnt get anything but hot air blowing on my dirty car. How do I get my money back?I did go into the 1 on the left for a $6 wash and I just had to get out.of my car.to open the door, but it would not.open so I opened the front door and backed my car out.I have used this place many times before and never had this happen.How do I get my money back?

Used the touch less today and it seemed to be nearly out of washer fluid? Cleaned 75% of my car but not the rear.. My car is super small and the rear half was seemingly untouched. The tire shine, and blower is amazing! Is the 12 dollar ultra wash is worth it for larger vehicles only?

It’s good enough to get the job done but most services do not work in the actual car wash system and some vacuums do not suction well or even at all and should be replaced. Although, it is very convenient and as stated if you just need a decent car wash this facility is known as old reliable.I truly hope they upgrade the machines used but If not I will still visit this car wash from time to

I spent $2.50 this morning to spray off my car. They charged my account $10. I called their number several times and it just kept ringing. If you use your debit card here they are going to charge you $10 regardless. Just another shady business, I would advise everyone to steer clear.

Local neighborhood place. Well maintained. Take debit cards but twice its run up a crazy bill. I dont use it anymore. I feel like its stealing from me.

Their automated carwash is awful. I never hear/feel water on the underbody even though I pay for that feature. More than once my car was left with streaks of salt and dirt.The manual wash options work well, but I only use them in the summer and usually the wash bays are crowded with cars waiting in line.There is no lost and found, and no one ever answers the phone, so try not to forget anything like car mats. You wont get them back.Im ok with going elsewhere and paying more.

Used my card in a bay and the machine charged me$20 when i was only charged a few dollars - tried calling for refund. no one answers.update :A few days later my charge was edited to the correct amount. im not sure why they are programmed like this but be smart and use the coin slot. also note many desperate people will beg or walk around with a filthy rag asking if they can help you dry your car. they act like they work there. note theyll try and guilt trip you to tip them more after wiping the dirty rag onto your freshly cleaned car. do not give in.as well the police spy on this lot from the busway. bad snap location. also in peak summer days a great place to buy stolen merchandise or cold cuts. one time a guy even sold me a handful of nails. it saved me a trip to giant eagle and home depot. beware the shoe guy he sells knock off chinese jordans.

We went to the dog wash and it was so convenient!! That was truly an ingenious idea to combine a dog wash with the carwash!!!!

The car wash is clean and stocked.But I took my three dogs to the dog wash. the sink was filthy under the mat in the sink, and the floors were also dirty. The heat is still on inside and the water is too hot. If they would take care of care of these issues they would definitely have more business.

I paid $12 for a car wash last week, drove into the bay, and the machine did NOTHING except dribble a few drops of water on my car and then quit. No soap, no pressure, no dry, no NOTHING. Ive tried calling the number for this business at least 12-14 times - every single call has gone unanswered and unreturned. It does not seem like the number provided is even a legitimate one. By the looks of online reviews on yelp, google, etc. many other customers have ran into this same problem. This needs to be addressed because the owner of this business is stealing from everyone who attempts to use the car wash.

Careful using your card in the machines. I did it once and it charged me $40. Yikes! I finally tried it again thinking it was my error. It happened again. Use cash only.

Used the automated car wash and it was horrible. I understand the auto washes are not typically the best quality washes but this one was the worst ive experienced. The stains and dirt on the car were in the same exact spots it basically was the same effectiveness as leaving it out in the rain for a day.

Car wash didnt work on Monday the 12th, June, 2017. No manager on sight to refund my money. No number to call either. Help button not working. ordered a $10 wash...............sad

I like going there to get my car washed. The automatic wash gets my car pretty clean. You can also wash the car urself using the washing stalls.

This is one of the nicer do it yourself car wash. You have the option to use a bay or you can use the drive thru wash. Not only can you was your car there, they have an area that you can wash your pet also.

DO NOT GO HERE. Ripped the rocker panel off of my car which is less than a year old. Touchless car wash must have malfunctioned because the light turned green and a silver bumper in the dryer was still out. They wont pick up the phone and there is no option to leave a message. Never going here again. On top of that, the car barely even got washed.

I like the owner and his family. This carwash can accommodate big trucks and vans.

Be aware if using a Credit card that it charges you $2 minimum

This use to be a great car wash but it has gone down hill. I used the top wash on the automatic wash and my car was still very dirty.

Change machine shorted me. No one around. Used card and stopped as instructed at $5.40 was billed $10 on card. Won’t go back shouldn’t have gone there in the first place. A real rip off.

This place is terrible. Ive had all kinds of trouble here, now including credit card fraud! Ive gone here in the past a number of times because it is close to my home. However, the credit card reader on the automatic wash frequently does not work, and one time the machine stole my quarters without giving me credit. The worst part, and the reason I will now never return, is that on one day they charged $6 to every credit card that my girlfriend and I have ever used there. This means that between the four of us, weve had to get four cards canceled and replaced! I will now drive an extra 15-20 minutes to go elsewhere instead of revisiting this place.

I spilled coffee all over my drivers seat so I used my card for the shampooer that is supposed to cost 1.50... I checked my account and there is a $10 charge. Tried to call to speak with someone and no answer. After looking at the reviews and the fraud comments I think I might have to call my bank and get a different card.

Nice... No cash no problem, the carwash takes debit card and credit cards. How crazy covenant is this. But Im sure $10 is the Max you can pay at a time with your card for a carwash.

Previously when you came here you could swipe your card and it would only charge you for whatever time you used. Now they charge you $10 and it doesnt show how much money you used but they deduct a difference as to what you didnt used.
