After seeing a deal on Groupon I called the shop to ask a few questions. Guy I talked to said not to buy it on Groupon and they would match the price and “throw in some extras” because of the amount of service fees they pay to Groupon. Extensively talked about the fact that I have a dog, there’s dog hair in the car, and that I only wanted them to do the standard cleaning/vaccing and not incur any additional charges for extra work on the pet hair because he is going to be back in the car anyways. I get back to the shop around 3:15 after I finish up work for the day and my car hasn’t yet been started. They don’t start on it until 3:30 for a job that was guaranteed to be done by 5 and is listed as approximately a 2.5 hour package. Car doesn’t get done until 5:20 which made me late to another appointment. However, the owner had plenty of time to come in and ask me 2 other times if I was sure if I didn’t want them to do some more work on the pet hair. I get my car back there’s finger prints and streaks on the windshield, areas of dirt on the outside of the car weren’t cleaned. And there were fingerprints on the paint. I will say the reason I gave 2 stars is because they did do a great job vaccing the car but that was the extent of the good service. Ended up spending a couple of my own hours rewashing the car and cleaning it up after it was returned to me in less than satisfactory condition. All dirt spots fingerprints were easy to clean when actually detailed as they should have been.

I will not only do more business with them, I will send them business.THANK YOU!!!Staff was very personable and a great job done on Clear coat issue I had. Was surprised to see watermarks on a car that was supposed to be waxed and the interior was clean but would have expected to smell shampoo or something but no scent at all and completely dry. Had to ask the kid who did car to put tire shine on which you would think is basic. At $448 after tip n tax (prices not listed in the showroom, you have to ask by the way) I expected a little more. Ill try again, maybe the kid was learning.

2015 ram 1500 black. The guys did an excellent job bringing the showroom shine back to my truck.The interior cleaning was top notch. Looks and smells brand new all the way around. Highly recommend their services. Look forward to having it cleaned again in the future.

Excellent service, car cleaning exceeded my expectations. There was an extra charge for pet hair, which was discussed upfront. I expected about 80% cleaned, but I couldnt find a single pet hair remaining. Exterior paint was clay barred as well. Very pleased. Ill definitely be back for another cleaning.

Great service on the phone and in person and a GREAT interior detailing - felt like I was driving my Jeep new off of the dealers lot. I had lots of dust in all sorts of little areas and grime collected from days with the windows down and top off, and it was all gone by the time they were done! I chose the SHOWROOM package, and my nine year old car really looks like it did in the showroom! They were even able to remove white paint from my blue car from when I scraped a wall. Amazing!!!!

Ive used them several times and they have done a great job each time. The last time I went I noticed a plastic clip that was newly broken. I know it wasnt me (as I had used it two weeks prior) and brought it up to them. Oddly, they didnt even mention it when I picked up the car and I only noticed it once I took the car home.When asked about it they said that it was that way when I brought it in (which I cant prove) as I didnt take a video of the car when handing the car over to them. I dont allow anyone to drive my Tesla, so I know it was them but I have no choice but to pay for the cost of replacing it.Overall, great for detailing, but make sure that you take a video of the inside and outside of the car before you hand it over to them.

Scheduled a mobile detail on website for a specific day and time. Received an email confirming the booking. Appointment time came around and nobody showed up. I called. No answer. Received a phone call later explaining they don’t do mobile car detailing. Website, and Instagram both advertise mobile or drop off. I was thoroughly confused. Scheduled for 8am service and was told I would be out by 11am and they would have two guys work on my vehicle to expedite the process. Only one guy was working on my vehicle the entire time and the owner Brad left after unlocking the shop. A second employee showed up an they talked about how Brad was doing a mobile detailing. So clearly the website, Instagram, and the employees know of the mobile detailing service but Brad the owner doesn’t. I left an hour and fifteen minutes past the time in was told my vehicle would be done. Subpar job. The services explained on the menu board are very descriptive however every step isn’t completed. My interior turned out nice minus a few areas. However, the exterior of my car wasn’t clay bared or waxed. I watched the employee use the turtle wax spray you can buy at the auto part store for $9.99. If I wanted to use low quality ingredients I would have done it on my own and not spend several hundred dollars to have professionals with thousands of hours of experience as claimed on the website. I will not be recommending this establishment to my fleet manager and other friends or family members.

Overall pleasant to work with and they got my car clean which it was far from that when I dropped it off. If your car was maintained before bringing in I bet, and hope, that they would be able to focus on some of the fine details and mine was a mess so I wont be too critical because I put a lot on their plate. They communicated well about what would cost extra rather than dropping me with charges at the end unknowingly. I paid extra to have the carpet, seats, and headliner cleaned and it was worth it. Had different dirt marks and they are all gone. Unfortunately, the overall result just seems rushed. When I pay $220 for a deep cleaning and I walk up and there is mud still in every fender liner then I am not happy. It just confuses me because they cleaned inside the seals of every door but couldnt be bothered to crouch down and clean a commonly dirty spot? In addition you can see how they cleaned the cup holder in place and left a pool of water in the bottom. Some of the picky details like cleaning in the vents, armrest, and gas cap are not commonplace for a detail like this so I cant complain there. They did spray some cleaner on my steering wheel and it dripped and stained/faded the color unevenly. Overall, with the groupon this cleaning was very much worth it but at full price I would not recommend.

I hate to write that I was not happy with the results of my car. I dont want to put blame on the guys I dealt with being young and maybe not very experienced. From the I called to make a appointment it wasnt a good experience, but I tried to put that on maybe the wasnt explaining myself well. So I went to my appointment I talked with the young man I showed him what I needed done on my car and he told me no problem. To make a long story shorter, they called to tell me my car was done,and I had to point out lots of wrong. To be honest the one guy came out and made some things better. But the excuses that were given were not Professional Responses that I expected The service that I got it was for a car wash not for detailing. So To summit up I paid over $200 for a car wash. So if you want to spending that much on a car wash, then that is the place to go.

These guys are legit! Jesse and the manager did a great job on my 08 Malibu. My seats were covered in coffee and soda stains and they got all of them out! They connected business professionally and quick. I got a full interior car detail for $100, no businesses will beat that price. When we needed our cars detailed the week before our wedding, they made sure to get both of our cars done for us, despite being booked out a few weeks! They did a wonderful job with the pet hair and were very communicative.

The car looks like I drove it off a car dealership lot its so clean. Just got my dads car used, and the interior needed a little TLC. He had occasionally smoked and frequently wore muddy work boots inside when he owned it, but you wouldnt know that after this place did such a good job! Will happily be going back come spring to get the exterior done too!

I took in a company truck that I had inherited from a former co-worker. The truck wasnt in terrible shape but after 4 years and 100k miles it had some grime built up and stunk of cheap cologne. These guys did a great job on the truck, inside and out! The thing looks practically brand new now. Were now considering taking my wifes car to them next, and Ive already recommended them to my mom as well. The prices are pretty comparable to anyone else in the area. Steve was super accommodating with drop off and pick up times as well. Overall it was a great experience.

This past week, I brought my car to get detailed. The car looked brand new! The wheels were good as new, the car was shiny, the carpets were pretty much spotless (after having the car 8 years, I don’t think they could ever be perfect again). I wish I would have done it sooner so I could enjoy my clean car before I sell it. I will be bringing my new car there and I will refer my friends to take their cars here. I don’t have family around here, and they were so nice to even offer to pick me up (I live a mile away) and take me home. They did a great job on our Ford Expedition in the late Fall. I went to schedule another detailing using a Groupon offer and was told, the car does not qualify for the SUV offer. I need to purchase a Groupon for an XL size car which is not offered. So Ill end up canceling the Groupon and finding another shop. Its a shame because they did a nice job. So beware that your Groupon offer will work for your car before you buy it.

Excellent job. My car had dog hair through the roof (literally the sunroof). Steve & Co. did a great job with my car. I accidentally left behind a few items and when I came to pick them up they were all there, much to my relief ! The service was incredible and everyone was polite. He had good answers to my questions, including how they treat leather (most use treatments that damage leather long-term). I drove down to meet them and their main detailer, CJ, was energetic and passionate about his work. He looked over my car and really sold the service - he was legitimately excited to work on my vehicle, called out some areas hed focus on, and even talked up that clean car feeling afterwards and how hell max it out. He acted like it was his own vehicle and he couldnt wait to get it started.I scheduled my appointment, dropped off my vehicle, let them do their thing. When it was time to pick up the car, my little one just fell asleep so I told them I am ready now but have to wait for her to wake up so my wife could drop me off. Steve offered to pick me up, to which I accepted and in no time he was at my house and took me back to my vehicle.Steve walked the car with his team and I. They saw a few little items (some dust that gathered from the roadway while the vehicle waited for me, a water spot or two, and a few water spots on my driver floor mat). None of which overly concerned me, I understand it cant be perfect, but Steve and team immediately jumped to action and corrected those minor items that I otherwise wouldnt have even brought up and would take me 2 minutes to correct on my own if I cared enough. Steve made it clear, if there is anything I feel needs adjusted to just tell him.In the end, they far surpassed any other detail team Ive worked with. The attention to detail and focus was awesome. Were there things Id do differently? Sure, and I relayed those personal preferences. But thats not a bad thing at all, because they understand it and can adapt to their customers preferences.Their work and commitment was great. But their personalities are what set them apart from the rest. I got both interior and exterior detailing done for my van. I give 5 stars to interior but was not satisfied with exterior and called up to inform the same. Spoke to Steve, he asked me to take my van back to the shop. Entire exterior was done again. Guga and his team did a good job. Few misses keep happening but Steve made sure their customers are satisfied and well taken care.

Had them clay bar, wax, and clean door jams of my mothers car. Supposedly one of the owners did the car and it was piss poor. Left wax on two panels, wax still in seams, and there is wax all over the black plastic around the wheel wells. Also they didn’t clay bar the roof. I can feel the grit still on the roof and door jams were never done. They seem to been in hurry and not take their time. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS !!!

The only mistake I made when taking my car to Pittsburgh Car Detail was NOT TAKING pictures before I dropped it off. When I went to pick up my car I was taken aback by how clean the interior looked. From start to finish, there is not one negative thing that I could say about Pittsburgh Car Detail. From my first point of contact (Steve) to the tech who helped me at pick up, (Guga), they were both extremely professional and made sure that every single part of the detail was to my liking. Because of my own fault, I was delayed in picking up my car after the seats and mats had been cleaned. Therefore, it developed a mildew smell. After one text to Steve, he made SURE that my car smelled good as new and they took the car back quickly and serviced it within a few hours. (It already LOOKED good as new from their service). Steve even followed up with me even though I approved the work with Guga to double check that I was satisfied. I messed up the clear coat on the front end of my car. I had no idea how to fix it. I took it to this location and an employee helped me out! He looked at my car, explained what I did and how I could fix it on my own, and he gave me the option to have it detailed with them. He was so kind and didn’t try to sell anything, he just genuinely wanted to help fix my car. This place is phenomenal! I will be back!

First time customer here, and I will definitely return. The interior cleaning and exterior detailing was first rate. The owner and his worker were friendly and attentive to detail. The owner was careful to inform me that some of the scratches may not buff out, but most of them did. The job was completed on time. Could not have asked for more.

Got my car detailed yesterday and the team at Pittsburgh Car Detail did an amazing job! I have a maroon GMC Terrain which easily shows dirt and scratches. I only purchased it in April but it looks like I bought it yesterday! It actually looks better now than when I bought it! As for the inside, when they say qtip clean, they mean it! My car was full of dust and dirt from my son’s baseball equipment. There is literally not a speck of baseball dirt in my car now! Worth every penny! I will definitely take my car back in the spring to get all the salt and winter grit cleaned off of it. Recommend hands down!

Excellent service! The team fit me into a busy Saturday for an interior detailing. They stayed open late to finish my vehicle and when I arrived they invited me to inspect the job which was well done. I havent seen my car look that clean since I bought it 3 years ago! When I got home, I realized that I had forgotten to get my spare key back from them so I called to see if they were still open for me to return. They were still open but they actually told me they would drop it off at my house after they closed up (thank you, Steve!) - talk about full-service. They definitely have my business in the future.

Car had not been cleaned in over a year with heavy dog(s) traffic during that time. These guys dedicated their entire afternoon getting my car looking better than the day I bought it. We decided to have a professional detailer work their magic and we cant be happier with the results. It looks like a brand new car, fresh off the showroom floor. We purchased the executive package and it covered every aspect of the car. The paint was sparkling and smooth thanks to them clay barring and waxing the exterior, the leather was rejuvinated and soft, and the carpets spotless. Steve (owner) also made sure to walk us around the car and give us some after care tips to keep the car looking its best. Well be taking each of our cars here at least once a year to keep them in tip-top shape. Cant recommend enough.

Steve and the rest of the staff were all very friendly and professional. I purchased the Gold Standard and the inside and outside of the car look brand new. Steve noticed some dust had blown into the car between when it was finished and when we picked it up. He went around and did a final vacuum of the interior before he felt comfortable leaving us with the vehicle. I will be returning and would recommend this place to anyone looking to get their car detailed. Thanks for the great work!

They did a fantastic job at detailing my Fiat 500X. They were quick, dropped me at the mall while they serviced my car, and were very professional. Great experience!

After the interior dried, soap residue all over the inside of the doors and in the speakers. Very sloppy, should use less soap. Also, the smell of the chemicals were very strong and took a few weeks to go away. But, the rest of the vehicle was clean. The manager called and told me to bring the vehicle back and he would clean it and make it right.
