The community couldnt be happier that VEBH designed the expansion and renovation of the Public Library of Steubenville and Jefferson County. First completed in 1902, it was one of the first “Carnegie” libraries, funded through a grant from Andrew Carnegie and has been a cornerstone of the community ever since. The addition houses a new community room, reading room, and children’s room. A main atrium space celebrates the fusion of new with old, exposing the preserved exterior brick wall for all who visit to see! Thanks again for revitalizing this gem of Steubenville!
