I have been going here for 20 or more years and am comfortable using many of the stylists. All are professional and friendly. My children grew up getting their hair done at this salon and also feel the same way. Always receive great styles, cut and color services.

Maryann always takes such good care of me!!! She does a wonderful job and deserves a raise! She is the reason I go here for my hair cuts and colors! She listens and helps me make decisions I will be happy with!

Had a grey blending recently which turned out much darker than I thought. I think even the lady who did it was surprised, too. She offered to redo it, but I just had to leave. Please do not call it grey blending, it is hair dye through and through. The haircuts are very nice, though.

Mary Ann could not take me as a walk in due to her schedule, but when I told her I had a concern about hair loss, she took the time to check my hair to evaluate possible hair loss. Ive been going to Mary Ann for 6 years and she is the very best ever!! As long as she is working there I will keep coming back!

During this time of the coronavirus appointments were well spaced, as were the stylists stations. The stylists all wore masks and ensured that the patrons also wore masks. There were no chairs for waiting as none were needed due to the appointment scheduling.My haircut was done efficiently by a friendly stylist. Ive used this Cost Cutters for many years and have always had excellent service.

I would never think of going anywhere else, I have NEVER left not happy with my hair, the hairdresser, or my experience. The woman who does my hair, MaryAnn knows me better than I know myself, lol. She knows when I want to try something new, and that I like trying different proucts. The rest of the ladies are fun and outgoing and Im always in a better frame of mind when I leave. Very friendly staff. They check on me often when getting my hair colored. Following rules such as we wearing masks, sanitizing in between customers and social distancing. I felt safe.

The stylists are all very friendly and talented. On my last visit, a lovely lady named Lacey took me as her client and as I was having a good conversation with her and kind of focusing on other things besides my out-of-control-hair the haircut was suddenly finished and finished very much to my satisfaction; - I felt it looked great. Lacey is super and I am ready to have her take care of me on the next haircut too!!! She, having my best interests in mind, noted my preferred numbers for the cutters I want to cut my hair to my satisfaction and with her name and all, gave me her card. Lacey did a really great - thank you, Lacey!!! I am always satisfied at Cost Cutters!!

Good haircut

Quality of cut is always very good at this establishment-only drawback is big daddy (CC or Align) thinks they are the only ones in the pandemic by eliminating coupon structure and replacing with inferior referral model.

I have been going here for years. I had a great stylist. They were bought by another company, raised prices and charge a .65 cent fee to leave a tip. I will star looking for another place.

Cost Cutters is consistent. In my opinion if one goes to a Cost Cutters they will get the job done for a reasonable price. Their staff are friendly, and I have found they do a good job. Hair care products are available for purchase but I cant say how well priced they are. A good place for women, men and children to have their hair done for a reasonable price, and be happy with the results.

Great hair cut. Stylist listened to how I wanted my hair cut. She made suggestions based on what I told her. She didnt just cut my hair. She took time to answer my questions as well as advise how to style & take care of my hair. .etc. ...all within an affordable price. Im a repeat customer now.

Had to wait ...there were numerous open work stations where i could have serviced myself In 3 min and clean the hair up....???? but no i waited 25 min owed $12 and expected to tip......all these places need express isles or rather hair drive thrus...i dont have my hair done I get it shaved...lol. Dont need my hair washed i come in with that done already as a convience and respect to the person who cuts my hair...who thunk it! I

I arrived at 8:27 am. Stayed inmy car as the place doesnt open until 9am and I am handicapped, unable to stand for 1/2 hour until it opened. A man came to get in line and I explianed to him that I was in line but handicapped so he let me go into the salon first and sign in. Marianne took my name and number first then announced thatwe go on the honor system here. Who ever was at the door first, goes first John stated he was at the door first and she took him. Since I go to her all the time and she knows I am handicapped I was shocked. I walked out and wont go back to an establishment tha treats handicapped people this way.
