No A/C, completely too hot. Owner is not the nicest person. Tried to book a party there and owner spoke in a rude tone, almost hinting that I couldnt afford to rent the space when I never mentioned any budget. Space desperately needs remodeled.

I have been coming to femz since Homewood and Ms Ronda and her fam/crew/staff make sure everyone has a good safe time!! Plenty of space to dance and party in. I always enjoy myself and see familiar faces every time!!

Its a fun place on a Saturday love it will be back again.
