I switched to Allstate a couple of months ago with never having an agent with my old insurance company. John explained and went over everything I wanted and should have on a policy that was catered to my needs and wants. He was very nice and friendly. I felt very confident in the decisions I was making and I felt that I was being taken care of.

This agent shouldn’t be an agent. He is very weak and incompetent. They charged my account 4 times a month accidentally and wouldn’t fix it. He would dodge the question and dragged it on for months and months. Stay away from this guy.

I’m so thankful for my insurance agent. Mr. Jevicky’s office has handled concerns for me. They’ve offered services I never knew existed or didn’t realize I’d benefit from. He’s even personally contacted me, when I got busy and forgot to make my payment. This kept me from having a laps in coverage. I’ve never had another agent do that for me❣️
