Great company and very helpful with mold remediation in my attic. The Owner Claude worked directly with me and got the job done quickly and correctly. Jarrett was the main worker at my house during the whole process and was great too.

I didn’t know what company to call regarding the water damage in my basement and my insurance company recommended Rainbow International.They called me within an hour or so of the insurance company reaching out to them.Claude was very easy to work with. Very knowledgeable, pleasant and he really took his time looking over the damage in my basement and giving me ideas. I appreciated his time and would definitely use this company in the future, but hopefully that won’t be necessary!

Rainbow International was recommended to us from our plumber after the basement flooded. Jared and Nat - Team that came to our house today was very conscientious, professional, and got right to work. Later in the afternoon, they even went to the store to buy more sand bags to ensure the tarp was secured properly before they left for the day. We appreciated their conscientiousness to getting the job done right.

They were hired for a small mold abatement job, but went above and beyond when they discovered some dry rot wood behind the drywall. They removed all the wood at no extra cost! Im so grateful. I will definitely call them for my next project. Highly recommend!

Water supply line leaked in my kitchen, water went through the floor into my basement soaking the carpet and personal belongings. Called them immediately and they were able to make it to my house in 30 mins to start the cleaning process. Very professional and were in compliance with COVID laws. Always wore a mask and maintained a safe distance as much as possible. Highly recommend Rainbow International.

I had a groundhog reek havoc in my basement over a 12 hour period after getting in through a cellar window. After animal control came out to remove the beast, the basement was soiled and a shambles. I called Rainbow International Restoration and spoke with Claude, who came out that same afternoon to gauge the damage. I was very frazzled, but he was calm, pleasant and professional, and was able to give me an estimate to clean and sterilize area, to remove damaged items and to board up the window. He emailed me work order that evening. The amount was very reasonable. Jared and 2 other men came out the next morning asked me specifically what I wanted to keep and throw out, and then over a 4 hour period proceeded to thoroughly clean basement. The window was boarded up the next day. Claude also came out to check on work. Covid-19 mask and distancing protocol was maintained throughout. I am so very happy with the results of the cleanup, but even more impressed with the kindness and professionalism of all the guys!

Extremely professional and trustworthy. They went above and beyond to get to my home quickly as I was flooded with sewage in my basement. Excellent work, cleaned up after themselves and did a great job all around.Most importantly, they have integrity. I had lost my father unexpectedly the day before they came so the next day I knew I wouldn’t be there much as I had to take care of personal things. Jennifer assured me the workers all had background checks and they were insured as well so I decided to have them still come out. They worked hard all day. They could have cleaned me out and stolen everything while I was gone but not one penny was touched. Every one of them at some time came and offered their condolences to me. When I was sitting outside crying over my father, they offered me tissues and their bottles of water from their cooler. Who does that anymore? These guys. I’ll never forget their kindness on top of their wonderful work. I’m so impressed.
