I cannot say enough positive things about this community. During my cross-country move (and in the midst of all of the Covid nonsense), Ann made the whole application/move-in process a breeze. I had a slight hiccup less than a month after I moved in, but Ann as well as the entire maintenance team did everything in their power to make it right...And they absolutely exceeded my expectations in every way. I couldnt be happier living at the Encore on 7th. This property is in a fabulous location, is very well maintained, and maintenance is very quick to resolve any emergency as well as non-emergency requests. From day one, the staff definitely makes it a point to help the residents feel welcomed here. Brian even goes out of his way to bring up packages to your door each day. Talk about incredible service! If youre looking for a great place to live in the heart of Pittsburgh, this is the spot!

Wonderful living experience. The location is perfect as restaurants, entertainment venues and all Pittsburgh has to offer are a short walk. We have amazing views of PNC park and all the summer fireworks! The staff are friendly, helpful and competent. The building is well cared for and clean.

Great place to live in downtown, close to everything. Nice and warm welcoming community. Friendly staff and all the maintenance requests are done quick!

This building used to be amazing !!!! Best in the city but no longer!!!! Most of the great residents have moved and the new management is less than satisfactory . I felt compelled to update my review since new management came in. No longer happy after 7 years!!!!!
