Had a pump go down and with one phone call Joel came by and assessed the problem then within a couple days had a new pump installed and working great (better than the old pump ever did).

HORRIBLE COMPANY - STAY AWAY - I guess I am Employee #2 that is not getting paid what I am owed. Smells like a lawsuit. Beyond that Joel will only clean your filter once a month unless you pay extra of course, he will keep your PH at unsafe low levels to cut down on his chlorine costs (hope you like red burning eyes), and out of the 50 pools he trained me on I think 2 of them got brushed. Potential employees and customers you can find better.

Bought home with pool, continued using sellers Pool Service. When I had him replace the system with new Pentair D.E. Filter, Pump iChlor30 w/ pkg. - all in all I spent almost $2500. After a few months I decided I could take care of the pool myself and stopped the Service. Now, a year and a half later, the iChlor30 stopped working, Pentair says that if its burnt out they will replace under warranty, but that from what info they had me tell them about the system, Joel installed it incorrectly and they were not going to warranty it, they wanted to talk to Joel about it. I called him, and he said he doesnt do warranty work, I need to find someone else. WHATTHE HECK KIND OF SERVICE IS THAT?! Crapppy! DO NOT USE JOELS PINELLAS POOL SERVICE!!!!

Great service, great cleaning. Really quick in and out. Couple different payment options works great for me with payday landing on different days at the beginning of the month

Joel told me over the phone that my pool cleaning will cost me $75. Upon arrival the cost changed to $227 as it was “industrial cleaning.” He was unprofessional, rude and very disrespectful throughout the entire experience. Pool had dirt left on the bottom right after he left and pool system stopped functioning properly right after the cleaning. Upon my request I only got rude answers back and no advise or any help at all. Don’t use this business!

Do not hire this company they will not keep your pool levels correct and they will not come on any holiday not just Christmas this is what my pool acid look like the day after they came to clean my pool I read previous reviews then I went to go check my pool and the ex-employee was correct because when I check my pool it was exactly what he said happened not to mention how rude the owner is and cant keep any employees

I had the worst experience with this company. It did not take care of my pool and keep it clean as it said it would. I do not recommend it.

I would not hire this company. I contacted them regarding an issue with my pool. Joel charged me $185 bucks to pour a $25 chemical in the pool. When his treatment did nothing, I called to advise him and he just hung up on me. Very disappointed with this service.

We asked this company to come out and give an estimate for their services. They came out and then proceeded to tell us that we had a trip charge or diagnostic charge of $75.00 which they didn’t tell us when I spoke to them. Very unhappy and wouldn’t recommend to anyone! Stay away they will rip you off!!!!
