Last year May of 2020 I called to rent tables and chairs for my wedding ceremony and reception in October of 2020. I unfortunately had to postpone everything due to Covid until October 2021. I called them in the beginning of September 2020 to let them know I had to postpone until October 2021. With the recent outbreak with Covid again, I called them to let them know that unfortunately I am going to have to cancel all together at this point. He was SO UNBELIEVABLY RUDE TO ME! He stated that it has been 2 years (incorrect) and that he is NOT WILLING to refund my money, eventhough on the original email that this company sent me it states that if you cancel within 2 weeks or more you are due a full refund. He the preceeded to tell me to take him to court, ill see you in court and hung up on me. He is a scam artist! Go else where

If you rent from ANYONE ELSE you are missing out!!Richard and his staff are so easy to get in touch with, keeping communication open. They are helpful in set-up and break-down and their prices are spectacular!! This is a wonderful company, I would recommend them hands down! Thank you Richard & Crew!

Extremely helpful. Had a last minute need for some chairs and tables for my grandfathers celebration of life service and he went above and beyond to get the equipment out to our event. He dropped everything off a day early and didnt charge anything extra for the extra time or for the delivery. In fact, there wasnt even anyone available to receive the tables and chairs so he just hid them away on the property. If I ever need rentals again this is the guy Im going to.

I worked with Rich from Bayside for dinner rentals for my wedding. We were lucky we did, because he went above and beyond his job to help us with our wedding. If we needed items he didnt have -- he got them for us anyway. If there was an issue about delivery or pickup, he attended to it personally. I cant recommend him highly enough, and I am recommending him to all my friends in the St Pete area. Thank you sir, you helped make our evening stress free and enjoyable!
