They offer many brands of boot, also sell shirts, blue jeans, hats, cowboy novelties and custom made knives with reptile skin sheaths.

Came in to get leather conditioner for a jacket that hasnt seen it in over 20 years. The staff member picked out an appropriate bottle and tested it before selling it to me. This minutes long effort has made me a repeat customer. She took the time to ensure she sold me the right item, that means a lot to me.

Best Western store EVER!!! I was there about an hour trying to find the exact boots & belt I wanted. When iasked questions about belts they were VERY patient. Finally, the man w went& found m me the perfect belt! Since I already had the buckle that was on it the woman took it off and put on a different one! Oh, AND I was doing an exchange! Sometimes stories are kind of not so friendly when you were there to exchange stuff but not these people they were very nice respectful friendly very casual it was a great experience Ive been there before and I will keep going back. If you need boots belts Western jeans jackets Panchos and a whole bunch of other Western stuff this is definitely the place. Even if dont really need a western item just going into this store is fun just looking around they got all kinds of really cool stuff not just clothes.

This store has a good selection of all things Western: cowboy boots for men, women andchildren, western-style button-down shirts for all, leather belts, purses, handbags, wallets, cellphone cases, bolo ties, and more. Too much to even mention. Dominique was extremely helpful, and seemed to be the only one helping, but she cheerfully addressed everyones needs.

Back in November of 18’ after coming directly back from deployment, I went to Spencer’s with my wife to buy some new boots. I chose Spencer’s because I love supporting the small businesses. I believe in small businesses and where I’m from, they don’t have a single “western store” in the area. So I buy these new boots and they work out great! Only issue is, a month and a week later, the tabs on the sides of one of the boots starts to fray and the thread falls completely off. The boots were not even 2 months old and they were already falling apart. Must’ve been made on a Monday morning or a Friday afternoon. This could happen at any boot store. It’s the manufacturer, not the store owners fault. So I go to Spencer’s and since they didn’t have the same boot in stock, I got a different pair, paid the difference in the old pair, and walked out a VERY happy customer. The wife was also happy because she didn’t have to even get involved. The manager took it very seriously and fixed the matter in minutes. I HIGHLY recommend supporting the small business’ in your area. Especially Spencer’s! I would give them 10 stars, but they only rate up to 5.

I surprised my girlfriend her for her birthday and told her to pick out boots and a new outfit, they have name brand clothes and apparel and I believe even some locally made item. She was very happy with the selection to chose from. The staff was extremely nice and helpful, they even added in a coupon for $20 off at the checkout that we did not have.

Well appointed Western store. Friendly and honest staff. They also do you notch leather repair! They have repaired a leather holster to absolute perfection, and they repaired two different pairs of leather sandals. Turn around time was good. I will definitely recommend business!

Found the perfect boots at a good price. But the best part was the salesman Bill. Very nice, not pushy, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Wound up buying way more than anticipated and Im happy with everything I got. I used to order boots online because I thought I was getting a better deal. But at Spencers I got to try them on and got great suggestions all for about what I was paying on line.

They do have a great selection. However, when prices with online competitors are 30 bucks less than in store.... maybe even meeting in the middle would suffice. Not price matching is not good business. Im bummed because Id much rather support local small businesses.

I was in need of a new leather belt & did not want a cheap fake one. The belts here are real leather & very well made. The staff was very friendly while i browsed the store a bit after i found my belt. Ill be back for a pair of boots when these need to be replaced.

Very interesting clothes, hats, boots, jewelry, and accessories. Staff was friendly and didnt pressure a sale. Came in to browse and were felt welcome the whole time.

Only place where I can get boots that I know of. Staff was friendly but hovered a bit too much for my liking. I was wearing the boots to get a feel and was asked to take them off and carry them to the counter. Fair prices considering there is no competition.
