I drove by this business on my way to Walmart. Their sign with their colorful logo is cheerful looking. Curious to see what they were all about, I visited their website when I got back home. I was much impressed on their positive work culture, atmosphere and environment. Also I was quite impressed by their customer satisfaction ratings. The cheerful logo suits them. Great Company to work for. Owners are on site almost every Day communicating with employees. Catered Lunches every first Friday. Recognition is given to those who do their job. Most days you can be greeted at the door by the company dog, Duke. Pay is good for sitting in the air conditioning and working with clients that love us. Owners generously give us 15 days of paid time off per year which starts accumulating right away which is awesome. Almost all major vacations are paid off as well which is hard to find in a call center.

Our experience was not so great. They tried their best but it was not enough. We downgraded our plan because we did not see an ROI.
