I purchased nine separate pieces to complete my sectional. The salesman spoke about how durable it was but failed to mention that if you have an overweight husband the weather is going to bubble up and peel. I took the time out of my day to reach out to them, take pictures and also video so that they could see the damage that was done and all they could do is say (3 weeks later) that nothing would be covered since I have pets. The damage was done to a piece my husband sits at not my pet. I pointed out to the district manager that some of the pieces seem to be older than others. All the pieces are not the same quality. I spoke to them about a month ago and I am still waiting for someone to reach back out to me. I will be sure to purchase from a more reputable company when I am ready to replace these pieces. I was trying to support my local business. I guess chain stores are better when it comes to standing behind their product.

Horrible Manager and Company. I have waited over a month for furniture. I paid and waited. They told me no free delivery and price has gone up from $99 to $129? You sell items you dont have, make people wait over a month and then expect them to pay delivery but new higher on top. Manager extremely unprofessional. Avoid this scam!!!! 000000 stars

My husband and I purchased a sofa recliner October of 2019. It broke a June of 2020. Now 8 months later its broken again. It broke a June of 2020. Now 8 months later its broken again. This sofa is poor quality and this was the first and last time I will buy furniture from them. My old furniture was from Ashley and I had it for over 13 years and no issues . Please dont purchase from Badcock!! I am so disappointed in the customer service and the quality of furniture.

I bought a Samsung washer and bought the extended warranty. My washer broke at end on March maybe April 1st. I filed a claim they still havent fixed it have been out I think 9 times and no one will help me Babcock sold me this worthless extended warranty

Shopping and delivery were fine. The problem is my recliner is broken. I did not notice the damage immediately. The chair appears okay when upright but makes a noise when reclining. When I investigated I noticed wood particles on the carpet. Upon turning the chair upside down I saw the wood frame was broken. So now I will see if Badcock will repair it or replace it.Update:Store Manager agreed to replace. I chose to get a different (hopefully better) chair and paid approximately $200 more. Waiting for delivery as replacement chair is still in transit.

Looking for love seats. Not the style we liked. We need more downsize than what is offered. Prices and assortment look reasonable for local store. Not over barring gothic furniture, I would say every day live in relax here furniture. Just not what we were looking for at this time in our lives.

The second I walked into the store, I was greeted by two friendly store associates. I was in search of a king mattress set, and needed financing. Quentin, the store manager, worked with me on my credit application. He was very professional and courteous. The process was painless. I was approved for more than I needed, but am happy to do business with this location in the future. :)

This is a fantastic retro Badcock & more location it reminds you of the way the stores used to look. The furniture is nice and neatly displayed everything is clean very clean inside along with appliances and electronics that are on display most are available for immediate customer pickup.

Purchased a recliner that is supposed to have a limited lifetime warranty on the frame, and on top of that we purchased the extended warranty. I can understand that the store has a policy of a 10-day return period, and that this is day 11, but how is a chair with multiple warranties, that is missing parts from the factory, subject to a $50 charge on day 11?This is nothing but a money grab, as the manager told us on day 11 we should have paid the $99 delivery fee and we wouldnt have to pay for a service call less than 2-weeks into ownership. At one point we were told we could take the chair back to Mulberry to be repaired! After much hassle on the phone and via text where we confirmed and sent photos that a spring was missing from the working mechanism FROM THE FACTORY, how do you have the nerve to suggest we pay more after sitting in this chair for less than 11 days?We have been customers of Badcock for over 20-years. We had to call a different location, where we normally do our business, and they said to pay the fee, but that we would be taken care of. If another location can address this, this location should have been able to make us happy customers. I understand that service is an expense, but its also your chance to shine as a company and ensure that we are future customers...not at this location. BEWARE shopping here or be smart and choose a more customer friendly location.

When I went to that particular location. I must say the person that has helped me name Arlene was so helpful had a hundred percent customer service that was productive showed a lot of care ask me exactly what I was looking for for my family I would suggest to every client to go to that particular location for the simple fact that they have been honest with me and made me feel comfortable.I wasnt pushed to buy anything that wasnt necessary. By far hands down the best customer service I have ever received. I didnt feel ripped off when I left. The general manager Larry and sales associate Steve were very patient and helpful with my decision makings. I will definitely be going thru them for all my future furniture needs.

The sale was great. The communication to deliver absolute nightmare. They lied. One department blaming the other, not willing to admit their mistake causing a two delay in delivery. I flew half across the country and they would not change their delivery date. Do not do business with these people or this company.

Has become a real poorly managed business...staff not helpful....ignorance is its greatest claim.

Spent 1800$ and as per their flier, was supposed to get 200$ worth of accessories with any purchase over 999$. The furniture wasnt delivered for over a week and we never received the accessories. I called and they said they were back ordered and wed get them eventually. Still nothing. They also tried to tack on every expense that they could without asking, such as 100$ insurance for my couch. What a joke.
