Doug is a stand up guy and he cares about his customers. He works with us small business owners, and understands when our trucks are not on the road, we are not making money. We are grateful to have found him after bad experiences elsewhere. Thanks Florida Fleet!

They could not correctly do the most simple job. When i returned to their shop to have them correct the issue, they said they could not do it for 5 days, aftr they already had my truck for 7 days, to fix the same problem. I went to another shop who quickly fixed the problem, and i was informed that florida fleet solutions has been ripping people off for at least a few months. This is why the owner was kicked out of another location. The owner also smokes crack in my opinion, just from his behavior and eratic personality. Very un-professional and a complete scammer. All beware at this shop. The good reviews are most likely written by the owner himself, to make it appear as if hes honest. He certainly is not honest, and he will take advantage of you, and most likely rip you off too. Come on...any business with a bar of alcohol in it, unless it is an actual bar, is not a professional minded individual. They will not last long at the new location either. Eventually, they will need to move their operation to another location. But, hopefully, the real reviews will make others do their homework in regards to the professionalism and skill this shop truly lacks. Call all the shops n town, and you will see what im trying to inform ALL OF YOU ABOUT !!God bless !!

HONEST!! We drive a 2001 international school bus. It had a bad wobble on the front driver side. A mechanic in Louisiana told us it was a bad kingpin. Another in Florida said it was a bearing. Fleet Solutions said it was just a bad tire and set us up with a good tire shop.They could have nailed us for a high price repair, but they were honest! Honesty and customer service are high on my list, This Fleet Solutions have both!Thank you!

My company truck from Miami just broke down in Pasadena, Florida. Towing company recommended Fleet Solutions. Doug at Fleet Solutions provided superb customer service today and was able to fix the F-350 clutch within 2 hours of having the truck towed to his mechanic shop. Doug worked with my companys corporate fleet management department to quickly obtain approval to repair the vehicle. Instead of just replacing a part, Dougs team was able to make a repair and ended up saving my company $350. Doug was very honest and was genuinely concerned about customer satisfaction instead of just making a quick buck!!
