We needed a Truck Rental to move some stuff out into a smaller, more affordable storage unit located at another Life Storage closer to our home. Jennifer Sferra was extremely engaging with our 7 year old son. 💯 She seems very family-oriented and knew the business and prices well. She was personable and helpful and made the process easy. 👏

Had this unit for under a month due to me moving, but the staff was amazing! The units were very clean, and my stuff was very protected in my climate controlled unit. Will be back if needing storage again:)

Its clean, the management is in residence, and very affordable. They have carts to use to help, and its open 24 hours. The only thing wrong was that the climate control was warmer than my house, but im sure the stuff we put there didnt care. At least it was low humidity. I definitely recommend this place.

The lady that worked as a Life storage went out of her way to treat us like family. They gave me a little extra breathing room after I lost my job due to covid-19 payment storage bill and they were just understanding for storage people and I highly suggest them thank you

You have to use their special locks for indirect climate controlled units. But they are very friendly and easy to work with on problems.

Teresa and Lendora are always so courteous, helpful and pleasant. I like this location because its always clean and never have to wait for assistance. When I show up and have to change a lock or unit they call someone to the site right away or come themselves.I also love how they will lend the moving truck once you have secured a storage unit with the company and its available for up to two weeks. So if you cant move that day or the truck isnt available because someone else is using it then there is still opportunity to use it to move. :)

I am very very happy with the way I was treated, made me feel very welcome. We took a tour of 2 different storage units, and found the perfect fit for my needs. The price was very reasonable for the quality of services provided on the property, very clean, climate controlled, and available to get to my unit all 24 hrs of the day!The lady who helped me was by far one of the reasons I decided to spend $ on this unit, she was very knowledgeable, talked clear so I understood what everything meant & what I was going to be paying for, and even understood the lifestyle I am currently living (traveling full-time which most dont) & we talked about traveling state to state, which was very cool!!! I would give this review +10 stars if I could! HAHA

Horrible over 4 cans food took away my passcode month half ago ruining my ability to step up from homlessness the VA dealt me for developing my uncles traumatic brain injury case I did build to 100% across the board while alive and turned it all in in person with him in person and told them about it all. It has got the be illegal causing me lose my unit at 5 tomorrow after my uncle died a horrible death stage four Colon cancer and dumped him stage four hot and he died. Wouldnt doubt the VA has them dealing me more attrition still after his death. Never ever go here. Ever

I am trying to get my baby pictures of all my kids n family that passed away and my moms paintings of a sunset and a picture of an indian ( half face painted. Lendora and Jerry were fantastic! Teresa as well! Everyone was extremely friendly and helped us get set up with our unit. It was extremely helpful having the free truck to move everything and they were all very flexible to make sure we were able to get everything done that we needed to and not feel rushed. Would highly recommend! We’re just starting our time there but feel really secure knowing our stuff is safe there.
