Excellent service. They went over everything they were going to do before they did it, and then again once it was complete so that I understood exactly what was done, and what to expect. Very fast turn-around as well. replaced all seals, and did a full service (new fluid & filter) on my 95 F150 transmission in less than a day. Price was very reasonable - I didnt feel like I was stealing anything, but I also know that they charged less than some other shops would have.I will definitely return if/when I need transmission work on any of my vehicles.

I cant say enough about my experience with Frank and West Coast. My 98 Honda Accord was barely drivable, but managed to get it up to Frank to save the day. The price quote was as competitive as anyone out there and we even came in at the bottom of the range I was given. Frank explained all of the answers to my questions in great detail and never made me feel like I was bothering him, rather he was happy to share his extensive knowledge. The car is driving better than ever and I couldnt be happier with my experience. You arent going to find a better value out there, just take you car to West Coast.

Honest and dependable service and would highly recommend them.After my 04 SRX broke down and location A quoted me $3200 to repair with a used transfer case I found West Coast Transmission and all of the reviews I read and after speaking with them directly on the phone, I had my car promptly towed to their shop.They showed me what exactly was wrong with my car was able to repair it and delivered my car back to me in the time that they said it would be done. As a girl who always feels like a mechanics are not always trustworthy, I felt they were completely honest with my quote and would definitely bring my car back to them if needed or reach out to them to see if they would work on other issues then transmissions.As I had first stated I would highly recommend them.

These guys rebuilt my 96 Dodge Caravan transmission. There was a small issue a week later and they made me a top priority. I was treated extremely well- they have a loyal customer in me.

Rebuilt my transmission ... Had a problem with leaking took it back still didnt stop the leaking I fixed the leaking my self... Took it back again because it wasnt shifting right they unplugged the vacuum line to the vacuum modulator causing my engine to redline before it shifts... I wouldnt recommend them to my worst Enemy !!
