No way to give negative score. This place has been my husbands go to spot. They take good care of customers, but this time we were shocked. They were rushing to get the tires mounted and completely been and rolled the aluminum rim. When my husband complained, they looked at it, stated it must have been that way cause they wouldnt have done this. Then they statedyou cant see it from far away. They let us go without paying but now to replace that room will cost us money. It really looks terrible considering how well kept my husband has his truck. Hoping this was a one time incident, but given the fact that the place seems to be replacing its older generation with very young technicians that seem to want to rush through work, Im not so sure. I think we will try some place else moving forward.

If youre looking for new or even previously used or pre-owned tires this is definitely one place to go and Pinellas Park, the name has changed however and also the owners but they still offer the same Quality Service as the original owners and value especially if you do not have hundreds of dollars to throw into new tires. Fast and friendly service and you can also use debit or credit cards here as well for a minimal charge. Just found out today however that there are No Warranties offered on used tires.

Been dealing with Wilbur for years, have bought many sets of tires. He always gives me a great deal, and stands behind his products. Also is very benevolent in community. Cant say enough about these guys, other than they are great folks.

Horrible. I know sit at a competitor of you least than 3 months with bad tires. Your tires are cheap and crappy the service put the wrong sized tires on and charged me more for the wrong sized tires. Absolutely will not return or refer them to anyone.

My rims had no rash on them when I went in...after the mount and balance they tore up two rims on the edges but one totally worse than the other. Tried to say it was there ...but I dont curb my rims and these rims were practically new. Had to argue with the manager before he let me leave.

Got a flat tire and needed 18in tire and I didnt have a lot of money lol & I told them I have little$$ and ask if they had a used18in they had to check well I got a almost new tire 50. & it better then the one I got brand new for $300. each. Beem going here for years. Cheap rates. Honest guys. Huge selection of tires. They have them all organized and maintained. Some of these shops have them outside getting beaten by the weather. This place keeps everything inside. Office isnt the cleanest, but its a tire shop so who cares. ..lol

They were quick and cheap

Used some kind of grease or lube on a set of old, cracked, dry rotted tiredls they sold me; in order to make them look new, and chargered me near new tire price. I didnt noticed the cracks in the sidewalk until the rain washed the grease/lube of the following week. When I asked them about this they first said the said the tires where like that when I bought them. I think he was trying to imply that I already knew because he told me, which was not the case. Then he said that there was nothing wrong when I bought them, and that I damaged the tires, implying that I damaged them on purpose, but not stating why. After that I was to leave.

Incompetent staff, I called stated that i need a brand new 225/40/R18 for a BMW with sensors he started mumbling about used tires. I stated again i need new and asked if he had hancock and he said he doesnt know what tires they have and to come in. I told him i dont have time to hope he has the right tire available and he said he doesnt know. Pure laziness not to check your inventory and cross match, i went to a store down the street and they had it done in 30 mins.

Called to get a quote on two tires. We didnt have the tire number on hand so they hung up on us! Unacceptable! Apparently they dont want our business.
