Allstate will punish you because you dare to pay before the due date with credit card instead of leave it on auto pay. And you gonna know when you get the increase bill for that coz you didn’t know / or someone let you know. Even staff not even sure what the charge is!!! Good hand Allstate

Hate to write this review but here we go. Was a policy holder for many years. A cancellation date mistake was made on an auto policy. Craig had absolutely zero interest in helping me. Was told it would be looked into and was never asked for a contact number. Had to forceful hand over my number already knowing he would not be of any help or look into the situation. He made that very clear. Talk about zero customer service when you are no longer a customer no matter how polite and patient I was. Being a policy holder for many years should be enough to at least get some help. Emily has been the only helpful person I have spoke to, 5 stars to you.

Got my renters insurance through Kiley at the Agency, she got me the best coverage. She made picking Allstate a no brainer. Kiley was great to work with!

This was our first time dealing with Craig Kilroy : Allstate Insurance the representative Emily was great and answered our questions and explained everything.Everything went smoothly. We are Canadian Snowbirds and wanted to leave a car in Florida so we could fly when ever and have a car there. The lady at the desk as we arrive also was very nice So we are saying we were quiet satiisfied.

They will slowly, sneakingly, and very greedily increase your premiums little by little hoping you dont notice. they are already one of the most expensive; theyre are way better insurance carriers out there w/ better prices. if you like to OVERPAY for things, then this is your agency.
