Absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. My AC condenser fan went out in the late evening so I looked on google and found one with amazing reviews: Gulf Coast! And I noticed a technician Gabriel whose name appeared a lot for great service. So I called first thing in the morning and they were able to send someone out in a few hours! And guess who showed: Gabriel! He was fast, courteous, professional, and did the exact repair I needed for a reasonable price. Will definitely use again and recommend!

Great service. I’ve had multiple interactions with different members of the team (Randy, Gabriel, David and others).We had two services done in our house this year:1. Replaced furnace (multiple days/interactions due to some permit requirements) and 2. Blown condenser capacitor (diagnostic and replacement)In both cases, service was great and the team took the time to walk me through my options and they were patient when answering my 1000s of questions.

AMAZING company! The technicians showed up on-time (so rare these days!) and diagnosed the problem within a few minutes. They laid-out all options to me, informing me of the pros and cons of each choice. No pressure, and they let me choose what I wanted--even down to how many pounds of coolant I wanted (with the price per pound). No frills, no generic itll be $xx or itll be bad sales pitches.Details: The capacitor went out, and resulted in a blown breaker. The system was low on coolant already (older system). I opted to have them replace the capacitor and top-off the coolant. Everything was done fast and professionally.

I needed a new outdoor unit and these guys took care of me. They were booked up and found a way to fit me in as I had a baby that couldn’t tolerate the heat very much. Could not ask for a better company. Everything was professionally handled. One nice gentleman stayed at my house until 10 pm to find out what was wrong with my drain and came up with a fantastic way to fix it. Every single person in the company made me feel valued. I got over 8 estimates and theirs was the third lowest but I do not feel as if I got a cut rate system. In fact it was the same one offered by the most expensive companies. Turn to them if you need work done on your unit you will not regret it.

Gulf Coast Heating & AC surprised me with professional, timely and affordable AC service on March 27, 2020. My AC went out midday on a Friday, and Gulf Coast sent out their technician Gabriel within two hours of our call. The company explained potential charges up front and never deviated from their repair estimation. My final bill was actually lower than the estimate and beat past companies that offered lower initial estimates only to inflate the bill later on. The AC breakdown involved a technical issue that required adept AC and electrical knowledge, and Gulf Coast was the perfect company for the job. Excellent company! I was in need of a new A/C system as mine was pushing 17 years old and Gulf Coast was referred to me. I received a text and phone call when the estimator was on the way. Agreed on a price and received another text and phone call when the installers were on the way. The complete system change-out was done in one day and looks great! Very professional work, honestly everything looks perfect! Communication throughout and everything was done on time. Everybody I talked to was very courteous and knowledgeable. Upon completion I also received a folder with contact info if needed for service, the unit model numbers, warranty info and instructions on how to obtain an energy credit from my power company. 5 Stars A++++ experience!

I have used Gulf Coast for the past few years for service. They have been amazing keeping a very old system running for me without breaking the bank. When my system finally had enough, Randy and Gabe came out and gave me an amazing quote on an entire new system. The prices were better than everyone else I called and they were able to schedule installation within days when everyone else told me weeks. Once here the installers, Gabe and Andy, were extremely professional and courteous. They cleaned everything as they went so I never had a mess. They were respectful of my privacy and personal space as well as accommodating with my pets. As a homeowner for 18 years, this is one company I highly recommend without hesitation!

Excellent service and communications have been a welcome standard from this company over the last year. I purchased a townhome in the area a little over a year ago with an older AC unit and had Gulf Coast come out to service it since they were right around the corner. Their technician was on time and professional and the owner also stopped by on the same service call to meet me and see how things were going. Since then, Ive called them twice for emergent repairs to my AC system that they were able to promptly schedule (next day or sometimes same day depending on when it occurred).Finally, two months ago my old AC unit truly hit the wall and required replacement. I called Gulf Coast up and spoke with them about services, and they were able to refer me to their sales team who coordinated with me to inspect my home and unit to see what would be needed for a replacement. The sales tech was quick, efficient, and knowledgeable and was able to quickly turn that inspection into a series of quotes for different units with a variety of SEER ratings and options for me to choose from. Once I made my selection they were able to install it a few days later and the new system install went great. Trustworthy guys who really do want to retain your business and genuinely are interested in building a customer relationship and not just get paid for a bunch of service calls. I highly recommend them and will be using them for the foreseeable future in Pinellas Park, although with the new unit hopefully I wont have to much :)

Todd did a great job servicing my AC and air handler. My house has not been this cool and comfortable in years. Drain pipes needed cleaning, AC needed some gas in it. All that done in an hour or so for less than $200. Air is now ice cold. Thank you!

On a Saturday at approx 100 pm, I called Gulf Coast Heating and Cooling because my AC was not cooling properly. The AC mechanic (Gabriel ) was here as 400 pm. The appointment for the service call was between 400 pm and 500 pm. He put Freon in the unit and the job was completed about 440 pm. He was very professional and very friendly. I would recommend their company for anyone Looking for AC work.

The response time from Gulf Coast Heating & AC is nothing short of spectacular. The air conditioning in my condo stopped working and a tech was out within a few hours to inspect the unit. The current unit was 15 plus years old and needed to be replaced. Gulf Coast gave us a a very fair price to replace the system and did so in a timely fashion. I called Gulf Coast Heating and Air just to get some information about the A/C in a condo I was buying and Todd the owner answered the phone. I only wanted information and even though i was not a customer he took the time to answer my questions and give me some suggestions. Customer service like this is hard to find and I definitely will use this company in the future. They are to commended, especially when so many companies just dont want to be bothered if it doesnt benefit them financially.

Incompetent or rip-offs, you decide. Called Gulf Coast for service and the response time was great. I had a leak... I knew I had a leak, thats why I called. The tech looked at the date tag and based on that said it needed replacement. He added 1 pound of Freon and told me how it would cost hundreds of dollars alone to find the leak. You need a new unit... thats 5 grand he said. So basically I was charged $117 and told your screwed without any attempt to locate or fix the problem.Ray from Acme Air came by yesterday... Before you spend the money on a replacement lets check it out. He easily found the leak on top of a copper tube right on top of the riser tube easy to find and fix. Ray brazed the leak, cleaned and serviced the coils and unit, charged it up and watched to see all the pressures were steady and correct.Its cold in my house this morning... A/C cranking better than new. So unless you want to be ripped off and charged $117 to be told Youre screwed and given an replacement estimate 20% ($1000) higher than the estimate from Acme for a replacement... Id call someone other than Gulf Coast who actually does the job.

AWESOME COMPANY!!!! On a normal, 95 degree SUNDAY afternoon in Florida - My air conditioning went out completely while I was home with a 6 month old sick baby. I tried calling a million companies and either there was no answer, or they picked up and said they were closed on Sundays!!! I had no idea what to do, until finally came across Gulf Coast Heating & AC LLC. A man answered as I explained my situation, and how I have a sick baby in a house thats heating up by the minute - he had someone out to my house within 30 minutes and had my air working again!! Being Sunday, I figured they would gouge me with a HUGE bill - and they didnt!! Extremely affordable even on a Sunday, and fast timely service!! I will never call another company if anything else goes out in my house, and I would recommend the company to everyone in the Pinellas county area!! THANK YOU AGAIN!!

Terrible. Called Sun morning with no ac. Said they couldnt get there until Monday which was fine since it was Memorial Day weekend. Called on Monday to say they couldnt get there until Tuesday. Called Tuesday saying they couldnt get there until FRIDAY!?! Dont waste your time with a company that obviously doesnt have the man power or trucks or admin staff to respond to a simple no ac call within 24 hours.
