Loved my experience at the Pinecrest location. Rey in the front desk was so pleasant & extremely professional. My phlebotomist/medical assistant Zuany was so sweet and professional. When she did my lab work, I barely felt anything. The location was clean and comforting. Will definitely be returning for all future lab work!

Any Lab Test Now is great! They are quick, efficient and their customer service is super. The phlebotomist has the best hands to draw blood, you will not feel a thing. Thanks

I Been coming here for a while now and Its a nice place, prices are ok and they offer pretty much any laboratories you need without a doctors order, in other words ( privately) but what i would really like to highlight is ray, he’s the man ! I would recommend that you call before coming and if you can ask for a time he would be there specifically you won’t regret it even if you have to wait a little more, the rest of the staff is ok too don’t take me wrong but he’s just amazing trust me .

I have no healthcare insurance. If it wasnt for Any Lab Test Now, I wouldnt be able to afford the blood tests I need. This place is great for people like me. Ray was able to draw my blood in ONE STICK!!! Amazing!!

Excellent job for the young lady that take care of me, I would like to say that she is in charge of everything at the lab, she is the receptionist, and also the phlebotomist, and also did the fingerprints. She is the Wonder Woman in this lab, I hope the management recognize her for her excellent and outstanding performance and knowledge as well as her professionalism, despite of her young age, her name is Zuany!!!! We need more people as Zuany !!!

If I could give half a star I would. I walk in at 4:01 PM, guy working says “we only take walk-ins until 4PM. There were ZERO customers in the store. If you are too lazy/incompetent to help people go work somewhere else. The fist time I went a lady working was confused and gave me the wrong test. Avoid this place go somewhere else for fingerprinting honestly. They overcharge you for the service anyway! Waste of time and money. I dont even bother writing reviews ever, but this time it was a must.

The past few years I been getting blood draws every week or so either on the hospital or any lab that was available, today i decided to try here because no other lab had appointments available and the phlebotomist got my vein in the first try he literally went straight to the vein and did my blood draw in 5 minutes. ( i have the hardest veins ever ) and no one else in a lot of years had found my vein in the first try literally every where else they had to stick me 8 times and even 6 different nurses on the same day, if i could do 10 stars i would loved the place and if i remember correctly the young phlebotomists name was Ray

When you come to this place for backgrounds check service, double check that service made. After 10 days to pay for the service nothing happens. Then I come back y pay again because the first time they making bad work.

Customer service is terrible!! All the employees are terrible!!! I wouldnt recommend this place to nobody ever!!! They all give attitudes even the after hours employees. Customers dont make you clock in and if you dont want to work there quit and find something else.

I do not live in Miami I am Venezuelan but I have been here since the pandemic and I saw this place that made covid with an offer so I called, I was a little nervous about going to perform the covid test because I imagined a long wait and a crazy place but Wow I have I have to say that from minute 1 that I entered I felt relieved, the young man who attended me (forget his name) was extremely professional but the best thing was his kindness the way we talked and answered all my questions very calmly without hurry, at the Time to do the tests he was very careful and especially fast in 5 minutes we finished the blood and the nassal swab, only 10 more minutes and I already had the result of the 2, I took the offer of $ 159 for antibodies and antigen and I really recommend it 100% both the offer and the place.
