Technicians are great. The attendant at the front desk was very rude.The front desk attendant publicly and rudely complained to my daughter about responding to texts and updating card on file.My daughter explained she thought the texts were automated and the attendant continued the confrontation. She refuses to go back two months later and only today explained what happened. My daughter is young and not confrontational. She said people around her looked embarrassed for her. “It was very uncomfortable”.I feel for people who may be dealing with a lot of problems now, but we need to keep our problems at home. Nobody is entitled to be abusive to others. Its bad for business.

Ive been coming to EWC for a long time and this location is the only one Ive ever had a problem with.Ive been trying to grow out my eyebrows for months so I asked the waxer to wax farther away from the eyebrow hair line on the top of my entire eyebrow just enough to clean up errant hairs and peach fuzz and I told her one of my eyebrows was becoming too rounded and I like the arch look.The waxer waxed part of the top hairline off and a large amount from the side so it became so thin in addition to trimming off too much. She also didnt fix the rounded eyebrow.I knew there was nothing she could do about the sides which were over waxed but I asked her to fix the rounded eyebrow and she huffed and said there was nothing she could do because I told her not to wax the top, she told me the only way she could do it was by thinning out my eyebrows even more. She also filled in my eyebrow before she started waxing so I couldnt tell what was actual hair left or filled in shadows. There was also left over wax bits all over my eyebrows.Her reaction was very unprofessional, shes waxed my eyebrows before and didnt do the best job but it wasnt as bad as this time so I thought it might have been just an off day. Theres no need to tell your customer that its not your fault they dont like their eyebrows that you waxed and the only way to fix it is by doing something that they dont want.I have a yearly wax pass and now I have to drive farther from my house because this location has waxers with an attitude and an inability to listen to what the customer wants, that would make any customer feel uncomfortable about paying for a service they arent getting.

I had to write a review. This is the 2nd time that I had an appointment at 8am and no one at the front desk. This is ridiculous. My time is precious. May 13 the receptionist came in at 8:25am and today June 3 its 8:15am no receptionist. Why have appointment available at 8am if you dont have anyone to be here on time to greet the customer. Management has to do something about this. If Im not to my appointment within 8 minutes you will cancel my appointment. You need to have something in place if someone is running late.

This place is very lovely! Take covid precautions very seriously. Contactless check in, front desk is very lovely as well! My brow lady, Kassandra, is amazing! I felt like a princess after my appointment! Come to this place, highly recommended, and first wax for free!

From the receptionist all the way to the specialist, I had a great experience. Their procedures to protect their clients is greatly welcomed. The facility is clean and the care of the clients is excellent. Already made my next appointment.

European has the best wax. All of their estheticians are amazing. I wouldnt get waxed any place else. I get a Brazilian wax and they are quick efficient and minimally painful. Their products are great. My appointments are always on time and Im in and out in under 20 minutes. Excellent service.

The wax specialist pulled wax not fully hard, she did not do what is considered a Brazilian that im told is custom in EWC service. At the Kendall location I never questioned what came with. They always waxed everything that comes in a Brazilian wax. The person Ashley was not personable. I wish Zaidy was still here. Im not returning here. I wanted to buy products but I was so unhappy I just paid and left. The specialist I had 2 months prior did the same. Pulled not ready wax. This must be the norm for this location.

Great service! Not a single complaint. Kayla is so gentle and sweet! I came in for full legs, underarm and stomach strip and left completely hairless! I’m more than satisfied with it all! Can’t wait for my next session 🤩

This is a good place, with good products. I just think for the pain, and the money in the long run, it’s better to get a groupon for laser hair removal. The first time the lady forgot to wax my knees. The second time the other lady forgot to wax the tops of my feet and toes. They’re all nice, friendly ladies though. Very good about working with you to schedule and reschedule. I appreciate that a lot!

Kayla is amazing! She made everything feel very comfortable and professional. I like how she is a perfectionist and makes sure that her clients look their absolute best! She educated me on skin care and ways to lengthen my wax & I ended up leaving the store with 3 essential products, a face exfoliant, and my newly favorite body wash & lotion ever! Marlene at European Wax Center Pinecrest is amazing. She takes her time and is as good as it gets with minimizing pain. Ive recently moved to have to use the Davie Tower Shops where the customer service isnt as great, but I still love European wax center! All other waxes hurt. Lol, their wax is amazing!

I went last week and had a decent experience... until I noticed the next day that I was patchy everywhere (legs and bikini line) ... I’m so annoyed... I trust EWC, so I guess shame on me for not triple checking when I was in the salon. I’ll use up the package I have, but I’m for sure not recommending them like I was in the past. Consistency matters in a brand. For the price we pay, it’s an expectation. Trust has been broken, which sucks.
