No follow up, no communication, no common sense, no empathy. Add all this up and you have a losing combination. One sink ordered with all the fixtures, 5 months later, the rest of the bathroom complete and sink still missing in action. If I don’t call, manager would not be aware of situation. To make matters worse no firm date on when the part will be in. If you are remodeling a home, fair warning do not come here unless you are planning a long term project. For the first time ever the cheaper option would have been the better option.

Clueless sales reps. They never email you estimates when they say they will. They never send invoices when they say they will. They don’t call back. I was constantly chasing my sales rep to help me out and to place the order.I have spent to many hours at their warehouse because of so many back and forth with order confusions. It’s quite frustrating. Both Wool and kohler are awful. If I were you, I’d stay away.I also had some payment issues that were never resolved and I just gave up. My time is worth more than a $150 credit from Kohler. Keep my money. I’ll never go back. Awful experience.

Do to Covid, I was not able to visit the store in person, but Patricia and Jeff were monumental in guiding me in designing the perfect look for three bathrooms in my home from their wide selection. It is such a pleasure to work with knowledgeable, patient, and kind people as them. Very hard to find nowadays. I wouldn’t buy bathroom and kitchen supplies from anyone else, and I highly recommend them.

When we decided to redo a bathroom we went to the Kohler store and were greeted by Melinda. There are a lot of pieces that go into redoing a bathroom and she was an excellent resource. The experience was extremely easy and she is always available in a timely fashion either by phone or email. She made our experience at Kohler uncomplicated and stress free!

When you visit the store, you will be so impressed by the quality and design of the showroom. Everyone who works there is so kind and professional. If you go in, ask for Melinda. She is extremely knowledgeable and happy to answer all of our many many questions. We visited several times, multiple calls and emailed her questions and requests and she always made us feel like her top priority. We are so happy with all of our fixtures and have already recommended her to others.

We had a great experience working with Melinda. We have a very small guest bathroom. We were having a very difficult and frustrating time trying to figure our how to make it work. Melinda came out to our house and provided us with some wonderful suggestions on the best layout and what products to buy that best fit our needs and our budget. We then visited her in the showroom where she showed us the items and placed our order.

This showroom offers a complete selection of Kohler and Kallista products. We like taking our clients there so they can see the quality and the finishes in person. It always helps for them to feel confident in their purchases!

I dealt with Trisha at Kohler of South Miami. Although we couldn’t finalize our project due to unforeseen circumstances, Trisha was passionate and enthusiastic about every aspect of this project. Trisha’s follow through and responsiveness was second to none. Not only did she provide us a reasonable quote (best prices we could find), she also sent us an entire custom-made digital catalog of the items we chose! Trisha has excellent ideas and great taste. Last year, I needed to do a bathroom remodel, and I went to this store, which is close to my house, and I was helped by Emre. There was a dizzying array of items to choose from, and Emre was very helpful and very patient. He also communicated effectively with the contractor who went to pick up the items when they became available. I’m very happy with the new bathroom. My thanks to Emre and his colleagues there.

I went in yesterday and was blown away by everything! Emre was so professional and gave me a great deal of confidence in his knowledge. It felt like you were in a jewelry store ! I’m lining up 3 baths to be updated. The lighting on every item made it sparkle. Complete confidence in them.

At first, I was afraid to get out of my car to look for help at this place because it looks expensive. We are so glad that we did, because we were able to meet with Diele. She is a TRUE PROFESSIONAL and knows her stuff. It is because of her that we are finally able to put together everything that we need for our 7 bathrooms and showers which just a few days ago seemed impossible.

The Kohler Showroom in amazing. A designers dream as well as for any one looking into established quality fixtures. The design consultants are not only helpful but knowledgeable in every aspect. Expect to feel like a kid in a candy store. Forget catalogs websites go visit and actually put together your own fixtures in a vast array of finishes. Tubs galore in every style catering to everyones needs. Looking for the latest in rain showers or toilets definitely the place to come & see. Word of caution expect to find everything you are looking for & more.

This Kohler Signature Store has everything you want and more They display working plumbing fixtures, vignettes featuring, Kohler, Robern, Ann Saks tile and the beautiful Kalista. However, what impressed me the most was the staff. They are very knowledgeable, patient and the prices are competitive. As I said, everything you need. I highly recommend a visit to this store!! Probably more than once!
