This is the worst managing service. Be careful what you sign if you dont like something in the service there is not way to canceled the contract. First time they ask you to fill and send a form, but later nothing happens. the charge keep coming to my credit card and no response on the cancelation application form. I send the cancellation on July 26/2021 no response yet.

I have a Massage Envy down the street from my apartment, but am willing to drive the 30-40 minutes (each way!) to get to the Falls location because Stephanie is so amazing!The staff has always been great to me and its always a joy when Im checking in, checking out, making appointments, or asking general questions.Stephanies attention to detail is bar none. Im pretty sure she remembers every major or minor injury Ive ever had and gives me a full report out at the end of each massage so I know where my body is at and where I can focus my self care.Worth every penny and minute of that drive!

Front desk staff is polite and professional. Raisa is an amazing therapist! She always listens and focuses on the problem areas as requested and applies the right amount of pressure to relax the muscles.

Excellent service and professional. Therapist was exactly what I had asked for. She was firm, but not making the massage hurt. The pressure was consistent throughout the 90 minute massage.

The Therapist, Raisa, was excellent in every way. I have been a patron of Massage Envy almost since it started operating. This is the first therapist that got me right from the start. Excellent therapy anatomy targets, pressure points, progression, etc. I just moved to this location from my original one in West Kendall since I moved to this area. I’m glad I was able to find the right therapist immediately!

Absolutely terrible, Right when the massage started Rosa was already showing rude facial expressions, not only that but when I asked to apply more pressure to my muscle injury because she was giving no effort, She did nothing but give attitude & even spoke a few inappropriate slurs on the way out the door (the massage lasted only 10min) This is how they treat the customer? Just by asking to apply more pressure? Most unprofessional massage place in Miami Dade County & if massage envy knows what’s good for them they should terminate poor ethic employees they have such as Rosa…she was barely giving effort in the massage & had a whole tantrum just because I asked to apply more pressure in my muscle injury, unprofessional & obnoxious. No customer should be in the care of Rosa unless they want a massage done with no effort at all.

As the owner you should know better & shouldn’t have bias intention of siding with a rude staff member that could not do her job to the fullest extent. Throughout my whole career in the study of therapeutic education & overall personal experience, NEVER have I seen situations where the owner is having NO genuine regard for the voice of the consumer & toward the REALISTIC constructive criticism of the consumer. Maybe that’s why your massage facility has a quite high amount of low stars from other fellow customers. I myself own a business & the prime principle is to fill the CUSTOMERS NEED to the FULLEST extent possible. It’s their money they are helping YOUR business with. I then gladly went to MASSAGE HAVEN & they went DEEP in my muscle injury & fixed it, NO excuses in order for them to do less work,NO attitude & ACTUALLY applied effort. NO disrespect but only REALISTIC constructive criticism. The owner really should know better than to have the intention of defending a rude staff member that curses at customers & a rude staff member you sided with based ONLY on bias word of mouth…regardless of the fact the owner was not even present there the time it occurred.

Massage Envy - The Falls has made it easy to book a session on the mobile app, it’s very user friendly. Their Covid protocols are good, too -they send text messages for confirmation of appointment, they text a one hour before appt reminder, we text when we arrive to check in but stay in car, and they text when they are ready for us to go inside the location. The staff wear masks at all times.

At massage envy all staff are incredibly nice, but i went to a massage the other day super stressed out and my massage therapist was Jo. Omg after my massage i felt like i was floating on a cloud. i’m not even kidding! He was professional, kind and he knew what he was doing .

I was on hold for 22 minutes & the girl never checked in on me, excused herself, nor offered an explanation.Not the level of service that anyone would appreciate.Other than that all other experiences here were great…

Kerry is the best. I’ve been seeing him for over a year and he makes each massage more special than the last. I’m so grateful to have found a therapist who is gentle, kind, attentive, and caring. They put you in a waiting room out of sight. I went up to the front desk once to check the time. At quarter after they still hadnt called me in. Again to the front desk. They were completely unaware that I was waiting. The massage therapist, Gilberto, was amazing. He totally made up for the wait.

Pros- started on time, environment quiet and pleasant, therapist and staff nice.Cons- room freezing, table usually has heating pad, but not this time. Therapists are not as good as they used to be.

Stephanie is the best massage therapist! I always leave my sessions feeling like new. She’s been my therapist for years. She takes pride in her work and has so much knowledge. She gives advice so that you get the most out of the session, and in between sessions.

Such a treat to have a Gilberto massage. Deep tissue with stretching, unlike any massage I’ve had before. He took a 6-month stiff neck problem I’ve had, and put me on the road to recovery. Can’t wait for my next treatment!!

I used to be a member until the pandemic, returned now March, looking forward to a facial. I was extremely disappointed as this facial was the worst Ive ever had and walked out 100 dollars later feeling as if my face had been put in bucket of Vaseline. I have frequent facials, I know the routine and what is done and this was by far not a facial! The girl was very professional, informative but also robotic. She stared with a cream, then another and another, from my chin up. Put on the exfoliation and barely wiped it off, continued with a few more creams, mind you applying each cream quickly instead of lathering it into my skin. I asked if she was going to add anything to the eye area and was told that was an additional cost, I figured okay, maybe its a special eye treatment and agreed, again, she added a cream to my under eye area quickly! Then I asked if this includes a facial mask, she replied I added the mask, it stays on... then I asked well, what about the neck and chest? She informed me thats also an additional cost!!! In my life have I had a facial this quick, less than 40 min, with layers upon layers if creams, that did not include a cleaning first, eyes, neck chest and arms and hands! I walked out so frustrated, with caked on creams and the beads from the exfoliation still on my face, even got into my hair and scalp. Massage Envy, youve lost a loyal customer... I would hope no one else has to experience this. I was actually humiliated when they asked if Id like to purchase a package!
