Jessica has a constant smile on her face.Her good attitude is what made me decide to rent there right on the spot.I was able to see how friendly she was with all the tenants and with me.She works fast and is always available to help and answer your questions.I will be living there On September 10th, 2020.And I can’t wait to start.I’ll s ur e be making some updates of my great experiences.I have great expectations 🤗🤗🤗🤗

Have lived here over 2 years and couldn’t be happier! Location is great and the staff is amazing. Any problems you have with your apartment get taken care of immediately and safely. The maintenance staff is great at always taking care of the facilities as if it was their own home. Jessika the property manager does a great job at handling all the tenants and does holiday and charity events throughout the year. Great place to live!

I’ve been living at Waterside for a while now and have no complaints. Jessika in the office is always so helpful, as well are the entire maintenance staff. Since the first day it felt like home. I’ve also never had a problem being able to park which was one of my biggest concerns since In Miami this is usually a problem. Happy to have made Waterside my home.

Nice place, but very noisy, maintenance people or whoever start working early in the morning, and it last all day long, you cant rest at home

I have been living in Waterside Apartments for 7 years and I have always been very well treated here by employees and management. I never had any problem with parking, everything is always very clean, all the times I needed maintenance I was always answered quickly.

Ive lived at Waterside Apartments for 6 years now. I love that it feels like a community where you can connect with your neighbors. I love how well the property is maintained. The even bleach and water down the hallways. I love the location because its not exactly on US1 but close enough to reach near by stores even on foot. The palmetto is around the corner. My fave supermarket Trader Joes just about 1/2 a mile away. The pool is always taken care of and cleaned properly to avoid getting sick. The gym may be a bit small, but thats just small issue. You are just 1 mile from LA fitness. Another con is no assigned parking, but that can also be a plus for some. When it comes to commuting, you can access the Metro-rail by simply walking along the canal an the back side of the building. Have you ever had an emergency at a rental like air condinitioner breaking or water leak where they owner didnt respond quick enough? Thats NOT something youd experience here. They are quick to respond to issues. Theres a maintenance staff on premise pretty much always Most live there, and that should tell you something!!The neighborhood is really nice. I enjoy sitting in my balcony on Saturday mornings with my cup of coffee enjoy the breeze. Some of the units have wall balcony (mine does) for more privacy.

I lived in waterside three years ago and I loved it. Yessica was always very efficient in her work and very professional. Seeing these negative comments and calling a woman fat says a lot about a person especially being a man. oh wow!

I really love this place, you feel peace and you feel safe, is organized and clean, beautiful place to live I fully recommend this community, people are awesome and kind🥰

This place is beautiful and is located in a good area, but they are not taking care of it, This place is usually always dirty. It has poor illumination and is no properly fenced .

Affordable living in Pinecrest. Have your kids go to the best public schools in Dade County. The property manager Jessica and her maintenance group are attentive and resolve any issues right away. There isnt any assigned parking, but in the two years I lived there, I never had an issue finding parking quickly and close to my unit.

The property manager Jessica has no idea what she is doing. She manipulates tenants to loose deposits and threateneds them that she will ruin there credit. Btw mami i didn’t move because you told me too I moved because I wanted too. Esta gorda esta más perdida all she worries about is lypo. Focus a little more on your job. Take some lessons at a local preschool to learn some English.

The only high speed internet available is satellite internet that cost a fortune and never works in miami cause any cloud makes the connection bad

If you dont like Australias slow internet, you wont like it here.

I am sorry to read malicious comments from people who do not know how to treat others with respect. I have lived here for 4 years and I have never seen Mrs. Jessica treat someone badly or want to harm them. She is always ready to help her residents in whatever way she can, even on her days off, she is always available and in a good mood. But there are people who believe that things should be when they need them without taking into account that they are not the navel of the world. Just the comment that she is fat gives to see that she is a very low class person. Disrespectful.
