Extremely responsive. Rafael’s guys came by last year to patch up an old system and it was a matter of time before I needed to replace the unit. I called Monday. and it was scheduled right away. The personnel was professional, Thorough very clean and attentive to details. Instruction on how to operate the unit were provided and settings in place. First off I had a really bad night since my ac broke. I called this company and it was the best decision I made. I called at 9am and at 11am had the services rendered. The overall experience was fantastic . I knew when they were on the way because they use a bot that texts you to keep you informed of the arrival. The workers were punctual and very nice. They kept me in the loop throughout the whole procedure and explained all the processes. I highly recommend this company.

They are the best!!! My mom is in Florida and I am in New York. My mom’s needed a new AC system and they came same day I called. They were professional and explain everything to me and installed the same day. The men were very kind to my mother and made her feel at ease. They did amazing job!! Freezing Point Air Conditioning was such blessing to me. I could totally trust them with my Mom while I was in New York to do install the AC unit professionally.

I live in New York and had an issue in my condo in Miami. All I have to say is that Raphael and the team were amazing. I saw understanding, compassion, urgency, professionalism and so on. He presented options, and ultimately I decided it was time for a new unit. They made it easy to pay online, and sent status updates via text. I just had my air conditioner coils cleaned and my air conditioning line flushed. Freezing Point has been such a pleasure to work with. My initial contact was with Rafael, he was fantastic at scheduling my appointment for early this morning. I first met the owner of Freezing Point when my A/C Repair company of 20 years could not come by to service my A/C. He not only fixed my problem, he diagnosed another problem that they had missed just a few weeks earlier. Heres the thing... He recommended I let them do the repair because it was under warranty and it would have been less expensive to let the other crew have the job. He saved me thousands of dollars.I dont know many companies that would forgo a shot at making a lot of money like that.I admired the work ethic and the honesty so much I told him as soon as that job was over, he was my new A/C guy.Recently I moved and I wanted to swap out my thermostats for something better. I called on Freezing Point. They were there the next day to do the work. It wasnt as easy as just installing it but they didnt quit until the job was done and done right, all while honoring the original quote for the installation.I dont usually review products or services, so if youre reading this take it to heart. We called Freezing Point Air Conditioning because our AC drain pipe was backing up. They arrived right when they said they would, in full Covid-19 precaution gear, and gave us a free estimate. We moved forward with their quote and they did exactly what we asked for and more.It turns out we also have a plumbing issue, that caused our problem in the first place. Our technicians did not need to identify this problem whatsoever, but they did and we thank them for that. Great service! I highly recommend to anyone in the Miami area.

My eleven year old unit stopped cooling on a Friday January 17. I reached out to Freezing Point AC via email and a phone call. I received a call within 5 minutes. A technician was scheduled for the next morning. As promised they showed up on time, went to work assessing my unit... finding leaks in the system hence no coolant. I asked about a new unit. Within minutes I had a professionally written quote. Very reasonable. I said proceed. By 4 pm I had a new unit. Amazing customer service. Responsive, professional and respectful. On Friday evening we called about our A/C giving us issues and by Saturday noon we had a brand new a/c unit installed. The response time was phenomenal. The staff had amazing knowledge about a/c repair and units which was explained in laymans terms. We were provided several options to choose from ranging in price and we opted to purchase a new a/c because it really was time. The process couldnt have been easier and more efficient. The next day, within a matter of just a few hours, a new unit was installed and the area was cleaned up the way it was found. I would HIGHLY recommend Freezing Point for any a/c needs.

The office AC coil froze up. Before I got Freezing Point AC onsite, one company arrived and gave me a ridiculous price with false information. When I refused his price, he dropped to half. Still high, I refused. Then, he dropped his price, again! Then, I didnt trust that guy...it felt like high-pressure tactics, based on me needing my AC running. I called Mr. Rafael at Freezing Point AC back and I told him what needed to be done. Contractor to contractor, we had a brief conversation about scum bag contractors (some of them being nationwide companies) in this town, taking advantage of their customers. Rafael sent a guy and got my AC running, WITHIN TWO HOURS! FOR WAY LESS THAN THE OTHER GUYS 50% OFF FINAL PRICE. Rafael did me a favor and saved my day!! Thanks Rafael!! This good review is the least I can do. To the customers..if a company is telling you a price at or near the cost of replacement of the AC unit, get other prices!! Most AC repairs can happen fast in this hot town. Be patient and call Freezing Point. :) I will keep these guys on speed dial for my future jobs.

My home was a mess with the air conditioning some rooms way to warm another one super cold ? I called freezing point through home advisor they came found my problem it was my plenum, replace it and now I’m very comfortable, Rafael and his crew are dependable and professional 👌🙏👌🙏

My experience with them is very OK. The main problem is the communication. They are on the expensive side charging 500 dollars additional for framing the A/C. Terrible organization. Buyer beware.
