Not from the area but broke down while passing through town. Kerry took great care of me. Explained everything he was doing and why it needed to be done. Very reasonable rates! Got my car going and back on the road again. Would recommend to anyone and by the look of his shop he works on pretty much anything.
The owner of this shop, Kerry, is an excellent guy. I had needed an oil change but due to a stripped oil plug bolt, I needed to take it to a shop to have someone do it. I called around to the local shops but unfortunately everyone was booked out till next week. I was on vacation. I was on the road. I didnt have time to wait till next week. When I called Kerry though, he told me he could get it done first thing the next morning. The stress and time relief I experienced from this is hard to explain. So grateful! Kerry is your guy. Have a great day everyone!
Great mechanic. Quality work. Takes his time and does it right. Old school values. I have lived here 2 years first mechanic I have trusted. Great job.
Great doing Business with Kerry, prompt, professional and easy to deal with!!!
I love these guys and how they go above and beyond for you always. I never worry about them trying to fix something not broken, and can count on getting a very reasonable price. Highly recommend making them your regular mechanic.
Took 2002 dodge dakota for engine rebuild, ended up having a reman put in. Vehicle was there almost 7 months till it was completed. Takes on too much work and takes forever to complete. Has every excuse in the book and cannot just admit that he is very slow and unreliable. Nephew also had a car there for about 7 months before finishing, however his vehicle broke down again after 3 days and was stranded in sioux falls. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR VEHICLE DONE IN LESS THAN 6 MONTHS!!!!!!! If ya do I will say told ya so right now
Bought a transfer case offline for my 04 Jeep grand cherokee and took it to Kerry to have him put it in, replace the seals, and fill it with fluid. He called a day later said the drive shaft and the yoke were out, which was fine. He told me he could get them for me at a decent price so I just said ok go for it. So its time to get my Jeep back, but when I turn its grinding REALLY bad so I take it back to Kerry. He explains it was the viscous clutch going out in the transfer case I bought and he could fix it for about the same price that we JUST paid him; which was $550. I didnt have another $550 to hand out so I said Id get back to him. The next day I take it in for an oil change at Becks and they tell me my transfer case fluid was milky (which means theres water in there) I explained that they had to be wrong because that should have been brand new fluid. They insisted it was milky. So not even a WEEK after I got my Jeep back me and my dad got under it and drained the transfer case fluid and yep, it was milky. We texted Kerry with our problem and he INSISTED thats how it came out of the Mopar. 2 weeks after we drained and replaced the milky fluid Kerry put in there the grinding is gone. Seems like he was trying to ruin my vehicle. Will never take my Jeep here again.
Very great service!!!
