Had a good experience, went and bought stuff for my new puppy. Employees helped me with any questions I had and gave me their opinion on stuff I should buy for my new puppy. Very much appreciated.

I went to get a toothbrush for my furbaby and some snacks. So I asked the 1st staff member I found.. customer service was great! The store was clean and organized. They carry good stuff but pricey😬

I went to buy some bedding for my guinea pigs and I noticed that they had this adorable male guinea pig which I was interested in purchasing, I made line and I informed one of the cashiers and she notified me that she would be asking one of her coworkers to help me out since there was nobody on the floor to help out. I waited for over 20 minutes (during these 20 minutes a worker just passes by not even acknowledges my family and I) and we keep waiting until we ask the cashier once more for help and she replies with EVERYONE IS BUSY right after this she goes and helps a family that was there way after us. Sadly I had to walk away without any of my items and the guinea pig. Really poor customer service and nobody on the floor to help!

I needed to find a muzzle for my wild child whos teething and I found it within 5 minutes. Aisles all labeled and products easy to find. Register your phone number with them and get a discount. Pricing a little high but worth it for hard to find items items. Pet lovers dream.

The staff and employees are great and extremely helpful. My only nag would be a slight change in overall cleanly less, now it could have been a off day for the cleaning crew or something or perhaps some accident occurred with a animal but there was a bit of a overall stench in the place mixed with what seemed like moisture lingering somewhere.

This Petsmart Pico Rivera has the best groomers. Teresa is the sweetest with my baby and takes her time explaining the different package items. Victoria has awesome grooming skills and my baby knows her the best and trusts her too. Hope staff here keeps up the great work! 💕🐕

I just love going to PetSmart and taking Mia there for her grooming. Alex takes such good care of her and dose a wonderful job and loved it. Than its great time where we find her favorites and pretty dresses.

Lack of customer service. Was put on hold 4 times before someone answered. When someone finally answered they refused to help me. My request was quick and simple (just needed to know the availability of an animal) but apparently they were just too busy to help out a customer..?

This review is for the grooming team. The girls know my dog and her special needs. They understand what I ask for. They’re amazing and always take take of her. I trust them when I leave my dog there!

Love taking my fur baby for her Spaw Day there. She gets pampered, cleaned and loved all the time.

I have been bringing my dogs here for years and they have almost always seen Teresa. Recently, one of my dogs came home with TWO cut ears with dried blood, and no one told us when we went to pick him up, we had to find out on our own. Our dog was also not acting like himself and I am extremely worried that he was mishandled or hurt by the groomers. She was also beyond rude to us. If Teresa doesn’t know how to properly handle dogs, maybe she should find a new job. After reading many reviews on Google and Yelp, I know that I’m not alone. Consider supporting a small grooming business instead of this place that grossly mistreats your fur babies.

I like going here. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Also its never to packed with people, so thats a plus.

Took great care of my German Shepherd. Had to have surgery and the doctors were great. Good follow up and nice to feel safe during these COVID times. I take all three of my dogs here anytime they are ill.

I went here for my puppy. The groomer complained to ME that the puppy was loud in the cage and claimed that coat was nice so they didnt actually cut anything other then butt hair and gave shower. I guess they expect well trained puppy with messy fur for them to do their job

Great place for fish & reptile products with a decent selection. They have a big selection of fish to chose from. They have a small but great selection of reptiles they have supply common reptiles but thats ok for me.

Groomer take good care of my pets😊

Sales associates are not very knowledgeable on policy and procedures, especially the manager at the location. The manager there had reassured us that a guinea pig would be placed on hold for us for two hours and thatshe would advise all her employees that the guinea pig was on hold and not to be sold. We came back within 2 hours after finishing up with shopping only to find out that our guinea pig had been sold.

Never do pick up online at this location. Theyre extremely slow at getting it done, and once youre there dont even acknowledge it. SMH. Bad experience.

Natalie the obedience trainer is the dog whisperer. to me she seemed very young to train dogs, but boy was I wrong. We took the 6 week training session with her for pups, and she has a way with dogs like Ive never seen. Our insane little 4 month samoyed was all over the place, but natty was able to teach us things from the 1st class. She has a lot of patience and experience with all types of dogs and has love for canines that is unparalleled. Its totally worth the money. Christie the groomer is awesome as well, she keeps our white dog looking like new cotton😁😉. This petsmart has exceeded my expectations and always feel welcomed here.

Hello everyone, PetSmart is great pet store. Workers are very helpful and most of the time you may find what you are looking for.

I love PetSmart there was a lot of things for sale, I stocked for my parts next winter.

This is a nice location but theres not much of a variety for cat collars or other cat items. Doggy treats are good according to our 🐶 but your prices are Cha-Ching$$👎👎Your staff is very friendly so thank you.

Great service by manager. I had a coupon emailed to me which would not open while at the store. It kept saying site was down. I rebooted my phone, and the manager and i watched as I signed back on and still unable to view coupon. She was able to override the coupon on her end, and I was able to purchase my items and go home. She saved me not having to go back today, and i thanked her profusely.

I got my dog a full cut and groom here. When I read his report card it said that his nails had bleed. The groomer that groomed him couldnt even be bothered to let me know herself when I picked him up. I called the manager to ask about it and she pretty much told me oh it happens. I wouldnt take my pet to a groomer or store again thats this nonchalant about harming my pet. Also no how. Lame.

Well ordered pretty good spot only came to pick up some items for my bearded dragon. Everything was in order and it was quick.

This is the my home PetSmart. I ran in here because it was close to work. I was greeted as I walked in and asked if I needed any help. I just said I already knew what I was looking for. The store was very clean and organized. It wasnt busy at the time. So I went in and out in minutes.

They are friendly and they help you out. Everything is well stacked and organized. The trainner is very polite and helpful. The groomers are kind and do a great job on the cuts.

The people who service the fish are very strict for some reason. Everyone else is cool. They’ll carry almost everything you need for your pet but it may be pricey.

Place is clean that is all

Associates just walk past and dont ask if customers need help. Low stock on certain items.
