Never coming here again lady did my nails and blood went through my nails next day I woke up. Went back for my refund and said they dont do refunds. I ask to at least to take off my nails and said no.

There’s no point on making an appointment. I have patiently waited many times and I’m not one to write reviews, but I just feel that if you make an appointment it’s because you expect to be seen at the scheduled time. Today I have waited 35 mins after my scheduled appointment Very disappointed, for sure after this I will look for a new place.

My experience here has been nothing but excellent. Ive been going here for about 5 months and Tracy does a phenomenal job. Ive never had any nails pop off and she always makes them look so natural. My pedicures are awesome too...the prices are pretty comparable to other establishments.

Always clean, pleasant, and during Covid they are taking special precautions. So glad theyre open again!

Been going to Nail Spa for years. I love Cass and the way she does my nails. Consistently a great job. I started taking my teenage girls there and they eventually tried other places but they came back because other places didnt do as good of job.

My first time here. I was nervous. But my nails were wretched. I received service from Bella. She was friendly, patient and very professional. Bella dug in and removed my hang nail. Most salons I have 2 request but not her. I loved it here. I will definitely return. 5 star. Plus everything item used on my service was wrapped and sterilized for safety. I paid very resealable price for manicure, pedicure, gel and foot massage.

I came to this nail salon because it was close. I got a full set with gel and it was $37. Decent price, however I was disappointed with the end result. I got almond shaped nails and some of them look deformed and the acrylic wasn’t smoothed out evenly. My nail tech seemed like she was rushing and was quite vigorous with the nail file. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I’m disappointed.

Sorry but I’m only reviewing this cause of my experience here. I use to come with a friend of mine up until I got a pedicure and was told to put my feet in without a cover. I’m sorry but after I told the young lady that it’s not safe she kept insisting. I got fungus cause of that. Gladly tea tree oil kills that quick. But I think it’s only fair I write a review on my experience. I’ve also gotten manicures before this and they don’t last longer than a week... and they’d sometimes make my cuticle bleed which the place I go to now doesn’t : ). Sorry nail spa you should listen to the needs of your customers especially when they don’t feel comfortable.

Came in today. They did gel manicure and it looks great it was my first time here and wont be my last i think i found my new nail shop thank u so much.

I went to The Nail Spa in Pico Rivera for the first time and I got a manicure by Mia and i gotta say WOW! She did a fantastic job for a very reasonable price. I am so happy with the results. I think I will be returning to this place again in the future

Went to this place and the manager Lynn treated me badly because I have a disability and she was telling me that I was wasting her time and that she had other clients in line waiting for her and that it wasn’t fair that I was making them wait because she was doing my nails it was a bad experience she was really rude to me .
