Great garden section. Have been to several local big name stores and Lowes had the largest variety for outdoor and indoor plants and biggest outdoor garden in comparison to the competitors I visited. No long lines, shelf checkout was a breeze. Will be returning for more plants!

Clean prices similar to home depot maybe a bit more. Better for help than rival HD surprisingly a few items I have found there are actually a little cheaper than Home Depot infuriatingly when you get credit they give you a little card, if you get several of these you cant combine them where I was at other stores and u you can

I purchased a smoker and it came with the worst customer service. I purchased it on a Saturday and was told it would be ready on Monday for sure, this was from one of the managers on the grills and garden section But the cashier did not put it in the system correctly so when I showed up on Monday I had to wait over an hour just to be told that it was not assembled. I had to wait an additional week because the assemblers only work on Mondays. The employees all look like they don’t want to be there, not how it use to be. Lowe’s was a store that had happy employees. Don’t know what’s going on with them lately. Will not be purchasing any grills or smokers from them anymore.

Worst place to buy anything and have it delivered.. Unable to get a hold of the store not even corporate can get a hold of them just to change my delivery time. And when I did get a hold of them (3hrs later w help of corporate) they arent helpful and cant do anything but argue with me.

Customer Service was very nice and helpful. Store had everything I needed. An employee helped me find what I couldnt, unlike that other store (with the orange sign) where they make eye contact and then bolt in the opposite direction. I came right back the next day.

I was greeted at the entrance and told pipes were in isle 16, thats great my phone was dead so I put it to charge while I tried looking for the items I was looking for. Normal from plumbing was called at least 3 times, I tried calling for a manager as I was in that department at least half and hour and no one showed up. I was unable to contact anyone over the phone and my phone was at 1% while charging.

Horrible customer service. Went in to order a closet door and couldnt get anyone to help out. Got the run around when I asked for an associate, pro desk wouldnt help out either. Will definitely not come back to this store.

I purchased some plants, and some pavers for in home improvement project. The customer service was good.

An optimistic trip to Lowes turned into an absolute disaster proving this store does not have any customer service and does not honor veteran discounts. I have never been so disrespected by the employees and the store managers (Georgia and Juan Gasca) who refused to speak with me in regards to my veterans discount being withheld. I presented my VA card multiple times with the response we do not honor military discounts, only online.It was embarrassing having to plead my case as the checkout line was growing to 8+ people behind me giving me looks as I was trying to figure out what the issue was. I also explained to them I have completed the online application at Lowes for military.At the end, and almost 40min later, I finally received my discount from the obviously frustrated associate.If you are a Veteran, or honor veterans who have sacrificed so much for this country - I would think twice about supporting this store or any Lowes for that matter. I will not be patronizing their stores ever again. Shameful.

Ok I’ve been to a ton of Lowe’s, Home Depot’s, etc. and I’ve never felt compelled to write a review before, but this Lowes is PERFECT. it was immaculately clean, very spacious, and every employee was so nice and genuinely pleasant. Overall, the best hardware store experience I’ve ever had.

Needed supports sticks for my potted plants, was greeted at the entrance by the cashier working in that department, told her what I needed, immediately pointed to where those items were, got what I needed, in and out in less than 5 minutes. 👍

It was our first time visiting the store, we purchased a Christmas tree and the young man attending us was very courteous and provided excellent service and even helped us load up the tree to the car. Thank you so much! It was greatly appreciated! I only wish I would have gotten his name,we visited in the evening.

Had a horrible experience with your lack of assistance from your team.... However your cashier pennie turned my experience around with her empathy and actually doing something, instead of passing the buck, a total of 5 employees are the ones who did not help, but only gave me the wrong location because at that I was told to the find the item instead of at least walking me to the correct aisle, also was told to look for another person wearing the lowes vest... Wow!! 3 were more enthralled in the conversation with their co workers than to be bothered with my questions. The other two were also chitchatting and told me if I didnt see it, maybe I was at the wrong location, I didnt bother to explain that I drove from ela to pico rivera to pick up an item i had seen online as in stock with at least 5 on hand. Needles to say based on my experience, I now will opt to pay the higher price for better service, thank you pennie sorry you had to deal with my frustration of the lack of assistance I didnt receive from your co workers.

I asked 3 employees were did they have caution tape and NO ONE KNEW😵. Iwent to the Tool area and FOUND IT MYSELF. That is really bad when a customer know s were it at and NOT your employees.

No carts, no help and very disorganized. Most of the things arent in stick. Not a good location. The Norwalk location is 100% better.

Do not buy appliances here and have them delivered. They utilize DSI logistics and they will reschedule on you multiple times. Today they first called to reschedule for the 2nd time and then they didn’t even show up. I looked online and I had a new delivery date. Avoid them like the plague.

As we know, definitely a good place to go to given what theyre known for. But this particular location had bad customer service. Stood in front of the customer service lady for quite some time before another rep came over and asked if Id been helped (even she thought the rep in front of me had already helped me). It then took another 10mins or so for me to actually help me get the appropriate tools for what I needed.

There is no Lowes near us in San Gabriel, so we go to their Pico Rivera store. It is clean and well stocked. The employees are friendly and helpful. It is worth the drive.

Worse customer service than home depot, and that says something.Had to wait an hour for someone to come open the spray paint cage. I waited AN HOUR for ONE spray can. I asked the employee at the paint section nicely MULTIPLE times. His response every single time: Im a little busy right now, Ill page someone. He paged 3 times, no one ever showed up. Every time he paged Id wait 10 minutes then go back to tell him no one is here and Im still waiting. He refused to come open the cage, something that literally takes 2 minutes to do. When someone finally came, there was no apology for making me wait an hour. What a joke.Home depot can have all my money and I hope lowes goes out of business. Never in my life have I had such horrendous customer service. Just terrible.

This Lowes, like most Lowes, is clean and well organized. The items I needed were easily found and the shelves in general looked well stocked. The staff from the time I entered the store to the time I checked out were very friendly and readily available to answer questions and provide assistance. Unlike another large chain home improvement store, the employees at Lowes seem to enjoy their jobs and take pleasure in assisting customers. This particular Lowes is on my way home from work so it is now my go-to place for any home improvement items I may need.

Everythings fine its pretty clean store they used to be on top of their ordering but seems lately their nuts and bolts and small items seem to be lacking a lot the binsr more than three quarter empty so it makes it frustrating go looking for something if you cant find it it took a long time but I finally found what I was looking for and seems like Ill get mixed up from the customers they pick up something and they just threw it in any bin which is a common problem someone that needs to pay more attention to the Define Hardware to make sure its available and not all mixed up

Bigass place couldnt find help at all but, it was cool seeing all the options I had to the product I needed

Im not a Karen, in fact I never complain for stuff like this but this time I just had to say something so that other people dont go through what I did. WORST Customer Service. If you want to talk to someone forget about calling, theyll never answer the phone, you might want to go to the store and talk to someone. I ordered a fridge and it was out of stock they told me they would have it in 2 months, I was ok with it. They called me 2 weeks after buying it saying they had already received it and that they should be delivering it to my place in 2 days, I was surprised and happy, the day came and nothing, I called, called and called and nothing, until maybe the 10th call someone answered and they said my name was not on the list for deliveries and that the fridge was still out of stock, imagine if I hadnt called, I wouldve waited all day.

Absolutely terrible service. I purchased a fridge online and also paid for the haul away service for my old fridge. When the new fridge was delivered, the folks delivering said they did not do haul away and to call my nearest Lowe’s to schedule the service. Seemed simple enough. I’ve called this location 8 times trying to speak to someone competent enough to help me and I’ve had no luck. Three hours in total on hold to have no resolution. Completely insane.

Ill be honest, I only go to Lowes when I really have too. Due to no Home Depot near by, the reason? I never had a good experience or find the parts I need. So I needed a $5 dollar gas part for a stove, they tell me they dont sell it individually. You have to buy a whole kit for $45. Im like huh? Thats number one, second customer service sucks, they are more worried in keeping it clean and organized instead of helping you out, they assume you are stealing because you are walking around looking for parts. Waisted so much time and is not the first time.Yes, Home Depot is crowded, at time not organized or clean but you find the equipment, tools and parts you need..

Visited Lowe’s in Pico Rivera this morning at approximately 10 AM. There were FOUR Lowe’s employees directly in front of me. I saw them so I know they saw me. Not one employee acknowledged my presence and I was standing in the customer service line. After providing me with assistance and with minimal customer service I went on my way to look for the items I needed to purchase. Of course, the shelves were completely void of the items I needed to buy. I drove to Home Depot off Washington. Excellent customer service and the shelves were fully stocked. I have been to several Lowe’s stores and their customer service is dismal. From now on, I will choose Home Depot.

The store is clean and everyone was socially distant.

Today I was shopping at the store and I and my little daughter enter to a alley and were scare because a man was inside the one forklift and he sounded the alarm very loud and we got seriously scared for the sound, I said to him that we got scared and he didnt care about that he only just continues seeing his phone or something he had in his hand I was paniced for the alarm sound because we never see a signal or something for no entering in the alley.
