Ive been to Daniels Jewelry for most of my holiday shopping. I recently bought some ear rings for my mother. I loved the explanation and options given by Alma. I am always feel welcomed by her great customer service, and energetic personality, I will continue coming back to Daniels Jewelers in Pico!

The rudest employees I have ever dealt with. They are scammers and liers and are out to trick u they have no return policy or customer satisfaction do not deal with ALMA she yelled at me and argued with me when all I asked to do was return the product within the 10 day guideline. They made me never to want to shop at Daniel jeweler ever again dont ever get scammed by these people!

Worst company to deal with . They billed us wrong put the due date as 3/22 we paid it but noticed a late fee . When we called to see about the late charge their response was the bill was a mistake it was due 2/22.... after that we paid it in full . Our bank paid them directly and they charge me again with a late fee again I called and their response ..we didnt receive your payment. After some complaining they finally found it.... and still after all that another late fee . I tried to get it dropped but I just paid it cause they were horrible. I figured it was a small fee to never have to deal with them again....please think twice before making a purchase.One last note walking a payment in on the due date is late ...

I made a mistake and walked in with a watch that needed a new battery . They sell all kind of watches but the female employee told me that they didnt have the tool to open up the back of the watch to change a battery...!!!!The place is ghetto anyway so Im glad it went that way....

So today I had some jewelry appraised, Im angry that a white gold diamond bracelet my husband paid $500 for during Christmas is NOT gold at all, it is silver. The marking is there, as I was shown it with a magnifying glass. The diamonds are NOT 1/4 karat either!! Apparently from what I gathered today from a few people, Daniels is known for dipping silver and selling it as white gold. NEVER again!! Beware people.Might I add, Gabby C. has no business working in there or with the public. Her face always looks like shes smelling s***, she stares at customers with a disgust in her face and she talks to you with attitude.

Worst ever needed a o ring for my charm to wear as a pendant and they dont have a jewler on site and couldnt give me a price.
