Guita did a good job and prices are reasonable.

Never going back there. I’ve never been here so even from the start I wasnt so sure when I arrived there was nobody so it’s a good thing I didn’t have to wait but the lady that did my brows was so rude her energy was not welcoming at all. She also left my brows so uneven and crooked. From the front she threaded a piece off so one of my brows is going down and the other one is going up then at the edge of my brow she forgot to thread A piece so I had to go home a fix it so now one of my brows is thin and the other one is thick because she didn’t clean it fully so now I have uneven brows and she also cut me because after everything was done i went to my car and check my brows and it was bleeding a little under she was also very agrressive on my face when she was cleaning it definitely not worth for 8 bucks never going back

Threader was barely learning the technique and practices on customers. They ruined my eyebrows, totally unleveled and crooked. I initially asked for cleaning and made sure they understood they ended up leaving them thin, at the end the threader says she only knows how to make thin brows. Never coming back.

Just moved to corona from pico and drove down to have my eyebrows done, sat there waiting for my usual girl while she sat there and did nothing..... she had to be asked by her fellow colleague to check my sign-in and see who I picked, she laughed thinking it was no big deal to have me wait while she sat on her phone the other threader had to tell her to get up and check and that her actions were not funny! I told her that I drove from corona and that I didn’t appreciate the lack of attention just because she didn’t want to do anything, business is already slow there and now they lost two more customers and will not go back. I have 3 sisters who also go there and they have assured they will no longer be going back as well! 5 customers down.
